WESTERN BOMBING ADDICTION OBFUSCATES LIBYAN PRO-DEMOCRACY

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Civil war rages on in Libya as of this writing. Western powers’ bombing sorties did change the compass of the conflict, as they destroyed armored arsenals and aircraft of government forces, thus weakening Kadhafy’s position. However, the bombing addiction is turning more spurious, even as it obfuscates the legitimacy of the pro-democracy forces.

In previous articles, I already sounded off my resonance with the youthful generations of the Arab world in their just and legitimate campaigns to overthrow republican tyrannies and antiquated kingdoms & sheikhdoms. In the case of Libya, I was amenable to seeing a coalition of forces from Africa (e.g. African Union) and the Arab League help out to flash Kadhafy off his turf.

To recap, Kadhafy responded with sadistic carnage to the peaceful pro-democracy protesters, and that genocide is simply inhumane, demonic and unacceptable by any yardstick of civility. And so he must be ousted by a synergy of external and internal forces, till the opposition will be given the opportunity to construct a new government.

I was surprised by the rapidity with which the Western powers responded and took the cudgels of external intervention, which I did observe with detached coldness for a while. But now, seeing that the ugly ogre of power hegemonism has reared itself, I can see that the bombing obsession could turn the conflict to directions other than what the pro-democracy forces themselves opted to sojourn at the commencement of the campaign.

Obama just seems too over-focused on his own obsession, the same obsession he is now projecting on the leaderships of the USA, France and UK. Just exactly where that obsession will lead to, must be forecast and anticipated with opacity. Obama might revive the already dying Pax Americana which most countries vehemently oppose, revived precisely by the entry of American ground troops to Libya.

Cameron is puppet of the British financiers who have enormous stake in Libya’s oil, so we can expect more of UK intervention in the war. It isn’t remote that the British oligarchs will call the shots by secretly moving to bankroll the war while America provides the ground troops for the oligarchs’ pursuits. It’s Iraq and Afghanistan all over again, and that spells real danger.

Remember, the Anglo-European oligarchy had planned all along to orchestrate the waging of a 3rd World War, by pitting a Sunni-Zion alliance versus an Iranian-led Shiite coalition. The Arab conflicts got their abominable plan almost off-track, so they are recasting their tools and orchestrating opportunities in the Arab conflicts in their favor, so that their apocalyptic agenda will hold through.

As far as American politicians are concerned, Libya has no strategic significance to America’s interests, so they are befuddled by Obama’s obsession with bombing Libya and his subterfuge agenda to land ground troops there. Obama’s divergence from mainstream hegemonistic compass in America would reveal him as a closet Confederate who works unabashedly to align America’s hot wars to the abominations of the Anglo-European oligarchs.

African countries should better act quickly so as to secure the initiatives in orchestrating the external intervention in Libya. Acting out too late, the bombing addicts of the West would transform the conflict into a grotesque holocaust of sorts that could ignite a gigantic conflagration.

9/11 PLUS JAPAN QUAKE DATES EQUALS 12-21-2012

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Good day from this enthused social analyst and self-development guru!

Just about a week ago, my wiz-kid nephew Dean Patick Delago, an accounting student who’s among the topguns of his batch, alerted me to the dates of 9/11 (9-11-2001) and the Japan quake cum tsunami (3-10-2011), with the intriguing conclusion that when added yields the following sum:

9/11 Crash-Bombing of WT Ctr: 9-11-2001
+
Japan Quake cum Tsunami: 3-10-2011
TOTAL: 12-21-2012

That’s the Mayan Calendar date for the end of the present cycle of history! What an intriguing, provocative finding, a conclusion that surely jibes with my own thesis that both events were pre-meditated attacks by rouge forces connected with the global elites.

For those unfamiliar with the ruling class, the elites go by the names of Military-Industrial Complex, New World Order or NWO, and Committee of 300 or C300. The elites’ calumny and abominable plans of sustained anarchy through wars and destructive engagements was exposed by John Coleman, former British MI6 spy, in his book Conspirators’ Hierarchy: Committee of 300. Former US president Eisenhower and sociologist C. Wright Mills did their exposes of the Military-Industrial Complex decades earlier.

To go back to my earlier writings: First, the New York twin-tower attack was hatched by rouge forces within the USA, who sowed terror by using Manchurian Candidates or MCs (chipped human semi-robots). Second, the Japan quake cum tsunami was hatched by global elites on the Western hemisphere, and used a US navy unit to strike Honshu with the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM (a similar US navy unit was utilized for the secretive Philadelphia Project).

The total 12-21-2012 reveals that both events—9/11 and Japan Quake—were (a) well planned by echelon rouge forces as (b) most impact-full major events in coherence with (c) a very long-term plan to sow global terror and psychic state of surrender through destructive means such as terror attacks and WMD or weapons of mass destruction. That means the global elites are sending a message to the world population that they are calling the shots in the planet, that peace will be had should people recognize their organized New World Order and its rules, that they are in control.

Among interesting finds are: (a) the WTC terror attack represents the Western hemisphere, while the Honshu attack (near Tokyo) represents the Eastern hemisphere; (b) New York is in the Atlantic Ocean side, while Honshu/Sendai is situated on the Pacific Ocean side; and, (c) both USA and Japan are like twin pillars of the global economy.

That means that when the twin towers in NY were attacked, we should have anticipated that another pillar of the global economy will be attacked. China was struck with Tesla a few years back, Indonesia was also struck hard (300,000 deaths due to the tsunami), and New Zealand was very recently attacked. But no, such countries weren’t symbolized by the 2nd tower in NY, as it was reserved for Japan.

The lingering question I ask is whether the Japan quake-tsunami attack was carried out by an existing unit in the US Navy, by tapping through the HAARP project based in Alaska, or by a US Navy unit in the mid-40s yet that had to travel through hyperspace to reach 2011 and strike genocidal hit on Honshu with the Tesla WMD before retreating back to the 1940s (time travel in other words). For if the 2nd thesis holds, than the planning for both events involved a far greater sophistication and complexity that boggle the mind.

What the events do show is that there may no longer be major events of a terribly psyche-shattering traumatizing nature outside of both events. That is, events carried out whose shock effects are of a traumatizing level to peoples of the world and not just to the Americans or Japanese.

To reecho, the use of Tesla attacks did terrible damages in China, Indonesia, and New Zealand. But of all events, it was the plane crash bombing attack on New York and the Tesla WMD strike on Honshu what were intended to be of the greatest symbolic significance.

There will be similar attacks again by the same rouge forces, which leaves us in suspense about what the next attack could be. So let’s await the next one, which could be just around the corner.

FUGITIVE SENATOR LACSON’S RETURN MOCKS JUSTICE

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Fugitive Philippine Senator Panfilo Lacson, who has an arrest order served on him over a double murder case (killings of PR man Bobby Dacer and his driver Corbito), came out of over a year of hiding. On the strength of a decision of the Court of Appeals, which centered on questions of propriety of witness testimony, the arrest warrant served Lacson was nullified, hence permitting the fugitive to surface and resume with his duties in the Philippine Senate.

Lacson, former police director-general under President Erap Estrada (who was overthrown and jailed for 7 years on ill-gotten wealth case), is a very controversial figure. He is known among media, military, and police circles as a verdugo and protector of big crime syndicates, and may in fact have been chief organized crime operator himself in the areas of drugs, illegal gambling, kidnap-for-ransom or KFR, and more.

As police director-general, he was a highly dreaded man, dangerously sociopathic, but who can easily put a human face in front of media cameras. He was alleged to have ordered the extermination of Kuratong Baleleng mafia members, who already surrendered but were shot dead inside a van while being driven at the middle of a Manila highway on the way to a destined police station.

That is, Lacson has a penchant for eliminating as much witnesses as possible to crime cases that could pin him down. At some point, event the US Central Intellgence Agency found bothersome enough his being scot-free and occupying powerful state posts, that CIA agents themselves gave out intelligence reports thru channels to prospective investigators. I won’t be surprised if the Kuratong Baleleng case would resurface anytime now, compliments of CIA working behind the scene to see Lacson hanged.

Honestly, I feel very nauseated whenever Lacson speaks in public as a supposedly anti-corruption advocate. Why don’t you see for yourself the house where Lacson resides in the posh Ayala Alabang village? Isn’t that a mansion that is worth millions of bucks? Where and how did Lacson ever derive the funds to purchase such a house, when his pay as a state official can nil afford him to acquire one such property?

How did Lacson ever go into hiding in couples of countries, if he were as poor as ‘wretched of the Earth’? Who were Lacson’s contacts overseas, such as east Asia and western Europe where he stayed the longest? Who gave him passports to use along his routes of escape? The Interpol and CIA do have dossiers of Lacson, and he is far from the incorruptible or clean guy that he pretends to be.

That the Court of Appeals would dismiss the case against Lacson mocks of justice as we know it. You could just imagine the dread and anger of the family members of the late Bobby Dacer, who all migrated overseas to save themselves from the vergudo Lacson and a possible invisible sponsor of higher rank (Lacson identified Erap Estrada as the mastermind behind the double-murder case).

Not just the Dacer family, but also the political enemies of Lacson could have rounds of sleepless nights again as the dangerous man could be up to wiretapping them or doing nasty intelligence surveillance. That is, of course, to gather evidences of their dirty linens, and such dirty linens will be used for Lacson’s grandstanding committee investigations in the Senate.

Lacson’s detractors should move quickly and decisively to pin him down, inclusive of the United State’s CIA and Drug Enforcement Agency. The lesson in dealing with the likes of Lacson is: never play footsy with a Demonic Mind.

PHILIPPINE BANKS HEALTHY FOR THE BIG CHALLENGES AHEAD

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Good day to you fellow global citizens!

The world reels anarchic over the geological ramblings in Japan-New Zealand-China and the tumult of the Arab peoples. These events cast veils on the clarity of the economic boom now going on in Asia, and so let me be among those who will project the boom side every now and then. Among such good news is the readiness of Asian banks for the bigger economic battles ahead, a trend that includes the Philippines’ banks.

Do recall that the Asian financial meltdown came in ’97, triggering recessions, mass lay-offs, manufacturing slumps, and heightened poverty. The policy environment then was one of free trade in the movements of finance and money across borders, which enticed portfolio capital to swamp Asia. Regulators were therefore caught off guard by the currency attacks fomented by the Anglo-European oligarchs fronted by the Quantum Group of George Soros.

Asia’s banks, monetary authorities, and financial stakeholders all learned precious lessons from that economic catastrophe. Short of establishing capital and monetary controls (such as what Mahathir did for Malaysia), Asian banks did institute quasi-regulatory reforms such as to raise banks’ reserve requirements, mop up excess liquidities when situation demands so, and finally fix caps on the asset requirements for banks.

The reforms instituted across the last fourteen (14) years since the meltdown paid off very handsomely for the commercial and universal banks in particular, as well as for strengthening central banks. It is important to ensure stabilization mechanisms in the said banks first of all, a pattern that will snowball in the thrift banks and rural banks.

As far as the Philippine republic is concerned, the latest situational reports do indicate very clearly the compass of a healthy banking overall. Total aggregate assets of commercial & universal banks exceeded P6 Trillions, deposits breached the P2.5 Trillions, and trust funds skyrocketed to past the P4 Trillion mark. Needless to say, our banks here are prepared for the big challenges, inclusive of financing big ticket Private-Public Partnership or PPP projects.

The same banks are very much prepared too for the latest regulatory requirements imposed by the BIS or Bank for International Settlements. The BIS adjustments are actually coming late in the day, as the said bank has been too Euro-centric for a long time. Were it not for the fiasco of the USA and European banks from 2007 through 2010, the BIS couldn’t have acted appropriately.

Western banks ought to admit it that they are learning the new adjustments from their Asian counterparts. And the lessons being shared by the Asian banks are the ones being considered strongly today by the BIS itself, which as one can see has been commending Asia’s central bank bosses for jobs well done in their respective backyards.

There are more reforms that must be instituted however, which means that the earlier reforms should only be the start of a series of long-term changes in the banking and monetary systems. I subscribe to a global effort to ban banks from participating in portfolio investments so as not to repeat the catastrophe that hit certain big US banks that disappeared overnight during the height of the recent Great Recession there.

The more efficacious management of bankruptcies should also be put into order. We are right now witnessing a bank run in the Bangko Filipino, which seems to repeat old patterns. More stringent regulations ought to be put into place, as it is getting tiresome now to see bank runs every now and then.

Essential corporate governance reforms are among those that need to be accelerated in the banking and monetary systems. Bank mismanagements and hostile take-over of smaller banks by bigger ones are spooky phenomena within the banking community, which pose as challenges to regulators.

Let the banks and regulators keep tab of the gaps in the system and address them accordingly. Meantime, with a healthy banking situation now in place, banks can clearly become stakeholders in creating the boom situation in the Philippines, ASEAN, and the whole of Asia.

JAPAN GOLD RICH, POST-CATASTROPHE RECOVERY QUICK

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Good afternoon from the Philippine highlands!

Japan did suffer miserably from the catastrophe of a double-whammy temblor cum tsunami that walloped it recently. Deaths are now in the thousands, damage to property at past $183 Billion or 3.6% of its $5 Trillion GDP, citizens’ morale is badly eroded (more so that nuke fallout is imminent, aftershocks that followed), and the graphic images of the tragically affected areas are surreal scary.

Naturally, people will opine that Japan’s economy will be recessionary this very year of 2011. Many overseas workers are now leaving Japan, and most likely won’t return there, adding salt to the wounds the Japanese economy had sustained. It’s a doomsday scenario that both layman and experts do picture right now. Little do people see the positive things that can happen a year after the catastrophe.

It seems that among topgun experts, only the former economic secretary, Cielito Habito (who is now professor at the Ateneo University), sees the positive side to the catastrophe. He forecasts an infrastructure boom that will follow from the negative event, citing what happened to Japan after the powerful 1995 quake that flattened Kobe. Accordingly, Japan’s GDP rose by 3% after the Kobe quake, a good performance in a decade of near zero percent growth.

I do agree with Prof. Ciel Habito about the boom post-catastrophe scenario. True, there will be recession this year 2011, as it will take some time before the geological situation there will stabilize. And it will take some more months to craft a recovery program not just for the northeast Japan but for the entire nation. But next year will be a boom year, when the recovery program will already be in full effect.

What many people are least knowledgeable about is the fact that Japan is awash with gold. Even without external help, Japan will be able to quickly recover from the damaging impact of the catastrophe. But acts of goodwill, such as external aid offered, should never be underestimated or ignored, and most likely the Japanese will accept the boons coming from its friends and allies which will run by the billons of dollars.

The famed gold treasures of Japan were acquired by the Imperial government during World War II yet. Recall that Japanese forces scoured Asia for the treasures during the hot days of that war. The Imperial forces than hauled the huge cargoes of gold to its home base, the total volume of which could easily run by the millions of tons of gold bullions.

Due to incessant bombing operations by the Allied forces during the war, part of the gold was forced to be secreted inside underground bunkers in the Philippines. The Philippine gold cache was salivated upon by the West’s oligarchs, and they did what they can to unearth some of them. Dictator Marcos proved smarter than the others, even as he unearthed part of the gold and deposited them in the islands and overseas (via chain of foundations that were later dismantled, thus leaving no traces of the treasures).

Just the same, couples of million tons of the gold were able to reach Japan. That colossal hoard was partly responsible for the quick recovery of Japan after World War II. Your guess is as good as mine that part of the same hoard will be used for the quick recovery of Japan after the Reichter 9 temblor and tsunami.

So good are the Japanese engineers at tunneling and bunker construction, technologies that they perfected during the war yet. Their prowess dwarfs those of Hitler’s experts, and that prowess was used to build underground bunkers in Japan to secure the gold hoard. Between the islands of Honshu and Shikoku are tunnels that run through both land formations, deep down underground, safe from the prying eyes of would-be international looters such as cabal of financiers led by the Houses of Rothschild and Windsor.

Chances are that ready-made contingency bunkers are available to transfer the remaining hoard after the quake struck Honshu and moved it 2.5 meters away from its former location. More so that Japan’s secret service had unwind of the Tesla Earthquake Machine type of WMD (used by the rouge Aum cult to flatten Kobe), thus leading to the hatching of contingency plans in the event that hostile forces will pound Honshu or Shikoku with the same machine that could be tantamount to treasures lost forever.

Global observers should better get ready then for the sudden surge of Japan next year, or maybe as early as the latter part of this year. Part of the gold will be released surreptitiously to securitize big projects. For as long as the same hoard will remain in huge amounts, hostile forces should cease from plotting economically damaging catastrophes on the Japanese nation, as the treasures will be available to make its people rise like the phoenix.

EXPATRIATES DISPLACED BY LIBYA CONFLICT NEED AID

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Too many expatriate workers are helping to build the Libyan economy and society to bring it closer to modernity. They comprise over 1/3 of the Libyan population of 6 Million+, and they include thousands of my fellow Filipinos. With the conflict between pro and anti-Kadhafy forces escalating, expats were so badly displaced along the way.

I hope I could have been interviewed by Kadhafy himself before the turmoil started. For I would candidly recommend to him to simply absorb en toto the expatriate workers in Libyan society and let them be a constitutive part of the population there. They have already enriched Libyan life in no small measures, so there’s no reason why they should be treated as foreigners forever.

But Kadhafy and the Arabic Libyans (Berber ethnicity largely) do not have on the agenda such large-scale citizen conversion out of the expats. And now, with the turmoil broiling hot to oust him, Kadhafy may be as blind as ‘three blind mice’ to even notice the expats who are fleeing the conflict.

Filipinos are a bit lucky in that, with just a score of thousands or so of my compatriots working there, the diverse embassies and consulates in the Mediterranean can act together to help them pull out quickly and go back to Manila. That precisely happened to the expat Filipinos, and so to the thousands of British, Chinese, Japanese, French, and other nationalities.

But not so for the Afro expats such as those coming from Ghana and Ethiopia. There are also those thousands coming from Bangla Desh, Pakistan, and other developing countries. They are in a calamity situation and they badly need humanitarian aid to salve their hunger and daily survival problems.

I guess the very employers of the expats were simply unprepared for the contingencies of a war situation. Nobody in the corporate boards of the employers could have foreseen what was to happen in Libya, and so the employers were caught flat-footed by the rapidity of the force majeure. The echelon officials of the employers pulled out all so suddenly, leaving behind many of their personnel.

Libya is too close to Europe which for now is in the best position to rush aid to those displaced expats. Egypt and Tunisia were burnt out by their own turmoil that overthrew their chief execs, so they are sadly unprepared for large-scale contingencies to help out the overflowing thousands of displaced expats.

Now, how far can Europeans share aid and in what form, as well as how far can they assist the expats to get back to their respective countries, remains to be seen. The lackadaisical action from Europe could backlash in due time, with the Afro and 3rd world expats finding every route they can to migrate to Europe instead, and eke out a life there as illegal migrants.

And Europeans better be quick in helping out. For several other Arab states are burning in infernal social turbulence, and they too can see expats as well as their own citizens migrating in huge waves to Europe for greener pasteurs.

INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY MUST INTERVENE IN LIBYA

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

World opinion has been moving closer to approving a full intervention to oust Libya’s mad leader Kadhafy. As to what forms of intervention will be adopted, global leaders are still in the dark as of the moment.

I am not wont to see foreign intervention myself in the internal affairs of any country. This is a matter of respecting the principle of sovereignty, mutual respect, and cooperation among nations.

The Libyan case is different however. Arab citizens who were sick and tired of the authoritarian Kadhafy regime voiced their collective decision to oust Kadhafy via peaceful means, in the same way that Egyptians and Tunisians did before them. But Kadhafy chose to gun down and bomb to smithereens the peaceful protestors, and that constitutes the heinous crime of genocide.

Libya’s own anti-Kadhafy forces are allergic to direct intervention from outside, but given the situation that Kadhahy had stocks of billions of money to wage an enduring war of attrition, the cash-starved anti-Kadhafians better rethink their position. The mass slaughter in Rwanda finally ended precisely when a contingent of external forces sweepingly invaded Rwanda and deposed the mad leadership there, and the Rwandan precedent is there for the Oust Kadhafy rebels to study and follow.

True, economic progress did see the light of day during Kadhafy’s permanent incumbency. An infrastructure boom has been taking place prior to the protests. Just by looking at those glimpses of Libya provided by international news reporters, one is given the chance to witness the urbanization and good planning done in the rising cities there.

But Libya’s path to progress was done at the expense of civil liberties. The country is awash with gory narratives of how Kadhafy’s detractors were jailed, tortured, and brutally killed in prison camps. When Kadhafy is gone, investigators ought to conduct diggings of possible mass graves and show the world the deaths that took place as social price of Kadhafy’s version of economic progress.

Libya’s economy benefited almost exclusively from oil revenues, and whenever vast quantities of oil are concerned there also are the Anglo-European financiers working behind the scene to cash in on the Libyan oil. Even now, the same financiers have been manipulating the petrol spot market for colossal profits from out of oil price hikes, thanks to their front man Moammar Kadhafy.

We just hope that when Kadhafy will be ousted, the link between his Libyan oil billions and the Western financiers will be exposed to the hilt. I will be lauding the major media outfits if they will take on the cudgels of exposing the threads of greed as mentioned above, which I doubt will happen. So far, only the fringe groups have been doing the daring investigations if ever, such as the Executive Intelligence Review circle.

Meantime, the world community is talking about the Libyan conflict, and configuring courses of action to intervene in that ‘regime change’ phenomenon. What should be clear from the onset is that the Libyans themselves are the heroes of the Oust Kadhafy movement, even as the burden of reconstructing a badly damaged post-Kadhafy nation will fall in their shoulders.

MADNESS IN WISCONSIN: HARDLINERS JUNK LABOR RIGHTS

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Madness masquerades as rational-legal in today’s postmodern context. The fiasco over the collective bargaining issue in Wisconsin, a state in the USA, is strong evidence of the erasure of the boundary between madness and rationality.

Industrial relations modalities of the moment have already graduated to a higher ground since the early days of management science. During those ancient days—of the likes of Taylor, Fayol, Weber—it was still customary to debate over how management should treat labor. Times have changed since then.

Collective bargaining as a sacrosanct ‘best practice’ has attained granite-rock acceptance as a social technology. It is the bedrock of industrial relations or IR. Needless to say, it had ceased to be an issue whether to accept that collective bargaining has full import in inducing productivity, efficacy, and efficiency in the work sphere.

As a social technology expert and analyst, it surely comes as a shock to me that collective bargaining has been put on the drawing board of decisional chips in a state of the USA, and debated whether it should even exist in that state at all. As far as the Philippines is concerned, where industrial peace has prevailed for two (2) decades now, collective bargaining is a sacrosanct tool, even as it is underpinned by human development paradigm championed by global institutions such as the ILO.

Even when Martial Law prevailed in the Philippines—under dictator Marcos—trilateral talk between state, market (business), and trade unions (civil society) was already at the height of institutionalization. It was followed through by best practices of labor-management dialogue in the micro-setting that led eventually to the industrial peace we are now experiencing here.

The same best practices were highly lauded by the International Labor Organization or ILO, and were adopted as some of the core practices recommended by the same magnanimous body to its member countries. Those same practices were hatched in the University of the Philippines’ School of Labor Industrial Relations or SOLAIR, an institution that had championed the generation of social technologies for the work environment.

The move by Jurassic politicians in Wisconsin, who maneuvered to junk collective bargaining supposedly to prime the state’s coffers and enable the payment of $3 Billions of debts, betrays a lack of understanding of the human condition and IR best practices. That the work force of Wisconsin has to serve as sacrificial lamb to be able to pay debts shows the degenerative madness that has permeated the mental banks of the politicians there.

I can only state one word to describe the Wisconsin condition: appalling! The protesting professionals and workers there were right when they said that the world is watching the Wisconsin fiasco, and yes indeed we are watching. There is no way we can allow a domino effect of that political madness to other democracies, and I do hope my own fellow Filipinos in America will make a strong voice in protest over such a madness by conscienceless policians.

Such madness is indicative of the Fascism that had encroached in almost all known sectors of the United States, a mindset that almost justified a martial law by the former president Bush. To use democratic institutions (e.g. legislation) in order to stifle workers’ rights is plain fascistic behavior, and should be exposed and junked pronto before the fascistic precedent spreads to other countries.

The hardliner politicians in Wisconsin better go back to their kindergarten lessons and get some crash courses in industrial relations, if it isn’t too late a thing to do this corrective measure. They should also be reminded of the lessons of America’s history, whereby the Civil War erupted precisely because of polarization over how to treat human resources there: whether to enslave or to free the colored peoples of the south.

JAPAN QUAKED ANEW BY TESLA WMD!

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Good evening from the suburban highlands west of Manila!

The world community absorbed another wallop of shocker recently with the double whammy of quake cum tsunami that struck northeast Japan. So severe was the impact of the Reichter 9 quake and the tsunami that left thousands dead and thousands missing, while a nuke plant is being threatened by a meltdown. The usual naturalistic causal explanation was given out which is recycled hubris, given the existence of a quake-generating WMD today: the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM.

Japan’s double-whammy-complicated-by-threatening-nuke-fallout experience is no longer calamity in the typical description of the destruction. It was a CATASTROPHE, and let’s all brace for the impact of the next ones to come as there will be more coming. The Reichter 9 intensity quake was just too much to reckon with, and it came barely 16 years after another powerful quake flattened Kobe and led to thousands of dead too.

In an article I wrote much earlier, I already discussed the matter of the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM. This Weapon of Mass Destruction or WMD is far more powerful than nuke bombs that are mere boys’ scout toys compared to the former. It is compact and light, can be loaded on a large suitcase, and can be secreted through airports without being detected as WMD—because the broad public is simply ignorant about it.

Before Tesla’s death, he developed yet many a technological myriad based on experiments, couples of which were too advanced for his own time. Being so advanced, Tesla decided to keep the knowledge about them highly secret too, save for a few trusted persons and institutions (inclusive of the United States Defense community). One of such technologies was the quake-generating WMD, so threateningly powerful that it could have raised all of Tesla’s hairs during the dry run phase.

Incidentally, the principles behind those inventions were kept inside the Library of Congress. From there, it could have been inquired on by intelligence assets paid by the Soviet Union that surreptitiously developed the WMD prototype. With the demise of the USSR, many of its choice military technologies landed in the hands of the Russian mafia, the TEM being one of them.

Around the early 90s, certain rouge elements within Japan were able to acquire the TEM via Yakuza networks that got the prototype from Russian rouge elements & mafia. The same prototype was then secreted inside Australia and tested there, which explains quakes in places that didn’t traditionally experience the calamity…Then, in 1995, the Japanese rouge group Aum cult decidedly applied the tested technology on Kobe, hence flattening the city so severely.

Alarmed by the technology, the USA had to rapidly develop its equivalent of the WMD. This was conceived through a gargantuan project, the HAARP, which masquerades as a beneficial project for Americans. Housed in Alaska, the HAARP can generate powerful temblors, super-storms (Katrina was one of them), and thought-control commands on large populations (America’s urban habitués).

Remember that it was a secret unit of the US Navy that was used to hatch and hide the Philadelphia Project in the 1940s yet. A similar unit there is behind submarine hits to induce quakes using the nuke option first, and then finally the TEM-transducers of the HAARP. I have no doubt that the diabolical group behind this unit did the quaking of China, Indonesia (with tsunami effects), and New Zealand.

Such a diabolical group is the same cabal that is behind the neo-conservatives in the USA who envisioned a world in flames via the war plan they hatched and executed (Gulf War, Afghanistan War, Iraq War). The neo-cons were simply doing their tasks as dictated upon by the elite cabal, whose scary ‘pre-emptive strike’ doctrine could only but speak of the evil madness lurking in the shadows.

The hard question that is tough to crack is: why Japan? Wasn’t Kobe enough to fan hysteria on the islander populace? With Japan’s economy flat from ‘94 through 2004, and almost flat recently, it is all too certain that another recession will flatten Japan in the aftermath of the quaking madness. Isn’t the flattening a clear indication of the colossal level of hatred such a group has on the Japanese people?

I leave the questions to the readers for reflection and discussion. Let me now close this note, with the hope that global citizens’ empathy and prayers will work to hasten the healing for the victims of the catastrophe.

PH OMBUDSMAN IMPEACHMENT BOOSTS ANTI-CORRUPTION

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

The Philippines has been doing badly in the global corruption indices. Bad governance—and the stinking corruption accompanying it—redounds to slow wealth redistribution, grinding poverty, and high unemployment. Ph needs to shore up its badly tainted image if to solve its centuries-old poverty problems.

Incidentally, a concerted effort to impeach the incumbent Ombudsman, Merceditas Gutierrez, has been ongoing. The House of Representatives’ Committee on Justice just ruled favorably for the impeachment, while the Supreme Court rejected Gutierrez’s motion to stop the House of Representatives from proceeding with the decision to unseat her. This move bodes well for anti-corruption campaigns, and I hope the world watches over this event.

Gutierrez was appointed by the previous president, Gloria Arroyo, to serve for a period that will end in 2012 yet. As anti-graft court’s czarina, she was expected to accelerate the wheels of justice on high-level controversies of graft involving state officials. Instead, Gutierrez slept on those cases, which involved officials close to Arroyo and could have involved the past president herself.

To add insult to the injury felt by the public about lackadaisical treatment of high-level cases, Gutierrez opted for a plea bargain on a corrupt retired general’s case after the latter already pleaded guilty to the wrongdoing. The former armed forces comptroller was found to have amassed over P300 millions worth of ill-gotten wealth from out of the budget appropriations for soldiers.

Both civil society and political parties acted to quickly address the pugnacious state of the justice system. The respond they conceived of was no other than the impeachment of the Ombudsman herself. Civil society groups’ recommendations to the House Committee on Justice were heard enough, and in fact they became the basis for legislators to cast votes on.

Prior to the House Committee’s vote on the matter, the incumbent President Noynoy Aquino called for his party mates (Liberal Party) to an emergency meeting in the presidential palace. The tall order given out by the president was for the irreversible decision to impeach the Ombudsman via the rules and decisions of the Congress.

To recall, the incumbent president campaigned hard on a platform of good governance. The campaign pitch reached a crescendo that was akin to an Inquisition. Though I find that seemingly hard-line note to his party’s campaign unacceptable, and doubted whether his party-mates are clean people anyway, I am in synch with the campaign insofar as it would result to the incarceration of “big fishes” of grafters.

The past president, brilliant as she may have been, left a legacy of further weakening of institutions via high-level graft. The time to break out of the vicious cycle legacy has come, if to reverse centuries-old poverty and decades-old insurgencies whose rationale were built from the anti-corruption discourse.

“Bureaucrat capitalism breeds graft & corruption” has been the much trumpeted Maoist discourse regarding corruption. I am all too glad to see the Maoist Left leaders—of their above-ground parties and civil society groups—bring their advocacies this time to the proper legal-juridical platforms. They were among those civil society groups that petitioned the House for impeachment, while some of their congressmen (party list representatives) voted in favor of the impeachment motion.

For a final note, I hope that the armed Left will take a second look at the anti-corruption efforts now going on, inclusive of those that involve their civil society leaders at the helm of campaigns. Maybe the impeachment of the Ombudsman, which is most likely to come, will be a big boost to the anti-insurgency campaigns too.

STOCK MARKETS SHIVER AS PAN-ARABIA BROILS

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Pan-Arabia, the whole region comprised of Arab ethnicities and state, is broiling in hot embers of social turmoil. As the turmoil escalates, with civil war as the maximum broiler exemplified by Libya, stock markets tumble and shiver.

We thought the new phenomenon of stock markets insulating themselves from political-military hot fires is the order of the day. It seems this isn’t so, as we see the diverse stock markets shiver and grope for better light with the advent of the Arabian broil.

The Philippine stock exchange, which hit the highest level of 4,400+ points late last year, had since been tumbling down, hitting a low level of 3,700+ points since the Arab broils began with the Tunisian crisis. The previous forecasts of the same stock market breaching the 4,800+ points is mere delusional, it is good material for banters and guffaws.

Sure, the Asian growth wave has been helping to jettison stock markets in Asia to better levels, I have no problem accepting this development. I already wrote notes about the matter and published them recently. But there are X factors that can affect stock markets, inclusive of a possible World War III that will pit the Sunni-Zionist alliance versus the Iran-led Shiite coalition.

To my own amazement, the Arab internal turmoil came, thus brushing aside the probability of a global war. Amazement, as I find myself in league with the pro-democracy younger generations of Arabs. Instead, the turmoil by itself has been affecting financial and capital markets in large measures, and so this for us is the X Factor worth observing.

We were all witness to how a political event—the Red Shirts mass upheaval in Thailand—brought down the Bangkok stock markets to pathetic lows last year. That political event was just confined to Thailand by the way, yet the stock markets of contiguous economies did quiver badly while the turmoil was unfolding.

In Pan-Arabia, the turmoil is region-wide, with Tunisia and Egypt showing the way to ‘regime change’ via people power upheaval or revolution. There is not a single political movement orchestrating the turbulence by the way, and let there be no mistake that the turmoil isn’t susceptible to manipulation by any one political or imperialistic force.

A turbulence so gigantic as to embroil an entire region comprising of almost two (2) dozen states is just too mind boggling for various quarters. Financial and stock analysts could be at a lost at the moment for answers to the puzzles raised by the pan-Arabian turmoil, just as political analysts are at a lost for their equivalence of efficacious tools and forecasts.

So the question that can be raised from the unfolding events in pan-Arabia is: will the turmoil make or brake global stocks altogether? If in case the stock markets will plunge anew from this juncture, will the end of the pan-Arabian crisis put an end to the plunge and bring back the stock markets to new bullish rounds? Or, will the stock markets see the end of them all, and lead to the de-institutionalization of centuries of stock trading?

I am of the opinion that stock markets should be abolished altogether, and forecast many years past that stock markets will crash down to never land in the foreseeable future. That crashing down began in 2007, and a much bigger crash will happen sooner or later. The result of that crash will see the greater justification for abolishing the dirty gambling game of stock trading, and lead to alternative capitalization of enterprises other than stock trading.

So let’s all watch out closely for the unfolding events, and see how they dovetail into the stock trading trends. If ever stock markets will show semblance of growth, this will be only tentative till the last month of 2012 if ever. Stock markets will have no future beyond 2012, rest assured.

NEW ZEALAND QUAKE & TESLA EARTHQUAKE MACHINE

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

A quake of intensity Reichter 6+ struck New Zealand just recently. Scores of people were instantly killed by the catastrophe, with some couples of Filipino expatriate workers there missing or presumed dead. The quake was the 2nd in a row to strike the city of Christchurch, and that to me bodes ill of the times.

There seems to be a hyper-attenuation of tectonic attacks across the globe over the last two decades or so. If one were to graph them on a sheet of paper, you’d notice a pattern of geometric rise in the frequency and intensity of the quakes.

What makes the Zealand quake earth-shaking as a new fact is that it struck the same city for a 2nd time in a short time span. Thus, there’s no telling that a strong quake may strike the same city or region for a 3rd time, 4th time, and so on till infinity within short time spans till the region submerges beneath the waters.

Some opinion writers and analysts may conclude in rather haphazard fashion that the quake may have been a natural event all along. Haphazard indeed, as little do folks and experts know that a very deadly weapon of mass destruction—the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM—has been in operational use for two (2) decades now.

Just a few years back, a powerful quake hit China, resulting to massive deaths by the thousands. Towns vanished overnight, buried as they were by billions of tons of earth loosened by the quake. Chinese officials never spoke about the cause openly, but never take the Chinese experts as ignorant as rats, for they knew what struck China then.

It was the TEM that hit China, which was unleashed by a special military force from a Northern power. Remember that just days before the quake happened, the US Pentagon released information that China supposedly has been building submarine bases below the seas, which is a mere cover up for the real thing: US naval assets were testing submarine facilities on China.

Much earlier than the China quake, there was the Japan quake in the 90s. That big one flattened a major city there, and it was a classic TEM operation executed by Yakuza operators on the payroll of the Aum cult. The TEM could have been purchased from the Russian mafia via the global inter-syndicate crime networks. Needless to say, rouge elements in Japan possess the technology, passed on to them by rouge elements in Russia.

Alarmed about such a development, the Anglo-American oligarchy quickly directed its own defense establishments to accelerate the catching up process. The technology was to come under the disguise of a beneficial HAARP project that is based in Alaska. The frequencies from the HAARP can be used to control people’s minds, create super-storms (like Philippine’s typhoon Ondoy), induce super-quakes (Tesla effect like they did on China and Indonesia), and more.

Not only was China a favored guinea pig for the deadly weapon. Indonesia was already struck at least a couple of times using the same mad equipment, with 300,000 dead across couples of countries due to a tsunami coming as aftershock effect of a powerful quake on an island there.

Knowing such patterns of deadly attacks in the past can somehow provide as a tool to understand what happened to New Zealand. Australia’s quaking events in the near future, if ever, will suspiciously follow the same pattern as Indonesia’s and New Zealand’s, and better prepare yourselves for that eventuality.

The global elites—exemplified by Prince Charles—regard humans as viruses and/or ‘useless eaters’. Reducing the viruses via mad Malthusian means—from nuclear thermidore to TEM—is in the drawing board of the depopulation strategy of the evil elites, with end goal of taking down the present 7-billion population to a manageable two (2) billions by the year 2050.

FOOD PRICES UP, SPECULATORS ATTACK ANEW!

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Winds of change are blowing hard on the granite edifices of autocratic regimes in pan-Arabia. As this is happening, financier speculators cashed in on the conflict by playing it up in the petrol spot market, thus raising oil prices to scorching heat levels. More areas of the global economy are under attack by the financier speculators, food & beverage among them.

As gas price in Manila has been rising by the week, so have the prices of food been going up. We are today on a bounty season for fruits here at the tropics—near the equator—yet such commodities’ prices are also moving up abnormally like they were in a situation of scarcity. Grains, vegetables, meat, cooking oil, and other related prime commodities have been accompanying the spurious OPH (oil price hike).

Little do common folks realize the handiwork of greedy speculators in the present inflationary patterns in food on a worldwide range. But that’s the fact, and many times before was it proved beyond doubt that greedy speculators, fronted by dirty operators, have always been busying their hands in reaping mega-profits on food commodities during times of crises.

Fact is, even when there is no crisis—such as crisis in the supply line—the speculators create the situation of crisis by hoarding millions of tons of specific commodities, e.g. rice. The instantaneous effect is the sign given off to traders in the commodities markets to play it up on the trading engagements, and elevating the emotive facet of the matter to the level of panic and near-hysteria.

Remember that time three (3) years back or so when rice suddenly began to disappear in the retail end of the market in the Philippines. There was a bounty season at that juncture, which came as a shock to me upon knowing from insiders (ground-level traders) that gargantuan hoards of rice were hidden inside many warehouses. President Arroyo then announced to the world that the PH will buy rice from overseas no matter how much the price is.

Of course, the commodities traders (speculative investors) heard the signal well. And voila! Rice prices across continents skyrocketed almost overnight! I even went on to forecast that it the near future, a cartel of sorts will be organized by certain countries to protect themselves versus the attackers. To make my hair rise on ends, hardly a day passed when I published my blog article about the forecast, certain Southeast Asian countries announced the formation precisely of such a rice cartel.

As the conflict situation in pan-Arabia boils up for some time, mark it down that the same coterie of financier speculators will keep on pursuing speculative attacks on certain prime commodities. Let’s not be surprised at all if the major staples—wheat, rice, sorghum, barley, oat, potatoes, yam—will experience inflationary upsets on the retail end over the next forty-five (45) days or so.

I have to prepare myself psychologically for the hyper-criminal speculative attacks this time. During the global rice crisis mentioned, I experienced sudden hypertension attack, as my cardiac condition quickly reacted to the rapidity of the crisis up to the pronouncement of rice cartel formation, rendering my forecasts a 100% mark hit.

So you fellow global citizens better watch out for the unfolding events, so as to prepare yourselves psychologically and financially too.

OIL SPECULATORS CASH IN ON LIBYAN TURMOIL

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

A full-blown civil war is now brewing as I write this note. As the gloomy events unfold, greedy speculators are busy taking advantage of a conflict situation by playing it up nauseatingly on the petrol spot market. Wars and mini-hotspots surely have a way of making some greedy families make lots of money, so let me add more reflections about the Libyan hot fires’ impact on oil price.

The notorious financier speculators have been planning all along to cash in on a global conflagration that should have pitted the Sunni-Zion alliance versus Iran-led coalition. Such a planned catastrophe was suddenly derailed by the mass rousing of younger generations of Arabs who now desire for the overthrow of their respective tyrants or sovereigns.

With the world war III prospect now sorely diminished, the financiers had to find a quick fix to their addictive greed for easy profits. And that’s how their fixated eyes marveled at the conflict that suddenly unveiled in Libya which, as everybody knows, sits on huge reserves of oil from where the tyrant largely derives his income for country and family.

Nobody knows how long the conflict lasts in Libya, but it is getting clearer as of this writing that Kadhafy’s legitimacy before his own supporters is rapidly effacing. The situation is as fluid as petrol gushing out of Libya’s oil wells, so it pays to keenly observe the events on a day-to-day basis.

One thing though is certain about the conflict’s time frame: it will be short, and no protracted war will come from the forecast loser—tyrant Kadhafy and minions. So, given the short time frame, the speculators have to ride along with the waves of turmoil, and cash in quick on the hot events.

So the spot market is ablaze at this moment with a sort of hour-by-hour anaysis of the situation and superficial forecast of oil prices. Superficial, because insider trading is the in-thing among the dirty players in the same commodity market, with a coterie of financiers fronting for their invisible sponsors among the Anglo-European oligarchs. There is no science into the oil spot market, just plain mafia-type dirty speculations.

Already, retail oil prices are skyrocketing in countries that are dependent on oil imports. In the United States, oil prices get hiked on a daily basis. East Asian countries follow very closely not far behind from the USA in terms of constant rising of retail prices, or those that hurt the pockets of downstream end-users. Food prices are direly affected by the same OPH (oil price hikes), and so you could imagine the glee of another branch of the dirty speculators cashing in on the food commodities trading.

With the dizzying rapidity of the flow of conflict-induced events, we can only surmise that OPH will hover the $170-$200 per barrel of oil (‘sweet crude’ standard). As the events are happening, anti-OPH and anti-food price hikes are now raging across the globe, including the Philippines. These protest actions are complicating the mass panic that is generated by the rising prices of oil & food, with potential hysteria that could explode into food riots in the short run.

While billions of poor folks suffer from the rising prices, the greedy speculators’ pockets are satiated anew rendering them instantly happy over very fat profits. Commodities speculation is done without any compunction over their catastrophic effects on peoples, as they are done by conscienceless market players.

But never forget that the greed of the dirty speculators is insatiable, and so the said financiers’ eyes are again busy searching for some other hot fires in the event that the Libyan conflict ends soon. Those hot fires are no other than the socio-political turmoil that is now brewing across the Arab region.

TAIWAN: QUACK DEMOCRACY, POTENTIAL ABOMINATION

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

In the late 1990s, the Filipinos were aghast over the discovery of factories—owned by Taiwanese “businessmen”—that employed children as slave labor. The children were practically housed in cages, and brought out only to work and be fed, then brought back at night to their cage sleeping quarters. Needless to say, the mere tots were never paid for their labor and lived wretchedness like the way the Chinese suffered in the hands of the Kuomintang.

There is no need to belabor the concluding event about the matter: the closure of the criminal factories. After being rescued, the children narrated their harrowing experiences in the hands of their criminal employers—Taiwanese to stress the point—who, as we all know, are scions of the predatory fascist Kuomintangs of their pariah province of Taiwan.

Knowing the history of Kuomintangs—who mass slaughtered 30 Million+ Chinese women, children, old folks and helpless non-combatants during their incumbency as China’s rulers—I wouldn’t be surprised if the Taiwanese of today exude toxic levels of arrogance and hubris in relating to peoples of other countries. Nay, they behave like they own every country that would host them in their seemingly legal businesses!

Taiwan has been exhibiting nauseating quackery as a democracy and nation. Scions of criminal mass slaughterers, who are likewise a collective den of predatory criminal Triads, can never be expected to exhibit maximum civility save that for diplomacy’s sake they would feign civility and sense of culture.

Nations of the world are right all along in bestowing recognition of a single China, via a One China Policy. Such a bestowal on China of what is a true nation and harbinger of civility is the most appropriate action of genuine nations and true democracies, a bestowal that they previously had for Taiwan but which they withdrew eventually upon the glowing of prudence in their respective mental banks.

With the withdrawal of recognition—as sovereign nation—on the pariah province of Taiwan came the diminution of chances for Taiwan to join associations or coalitions of nations. Being located in the southeast could have qualified Taiwan to become a member of ASEAN. Thanks God that prudence prevailed upon the true nations, and that undercut the mass slaughterers from potentially dominating ASEAN and unleashing the fangs of fascist hatreds and genocidal campaigns within the region!

In the absence of a formal recognition of nationhood, what Taiwan had accomplished instead was to unleash the horrific bomb of Triad criminality on its neighbors. Why not investigate for yourself those so-called Taiwanese businessmen in your own respective country and trace where their capital is coming from. Don’t ever be surprised if you’d find out ala Eureka! that the Taiwanese capitalists in your country or city are mere fronts for the demonic criminal Triads.

Taiwan is a pariah state, a criminal state for that matter, and should perpetually be treated as such. Nations across the globe are better advised to pull out their investments and expatriate workers from the predator province for their own sake. Pariah states are ‘bad feng shui’ for emerging markets particularly, or ‘cursed states’ in Christian parlance.

The abominations of the Chiang Kai Shek mass slaughterers have been well embedded in the collective psyche of the Taiwanese, exquisitely encrypted in the genes of the younger scions of the butchers, such abominations later to wake up upon a collective rousing at some time in the future.

Before Taiwan could ever breed a future ‘Taiwanese race’ of abominations, the nations of the world already acted prudently enough. For indeed a scion of an abomination will in the future be an abomination likewise, and there will be no telling what predatory monstrosities such a race will unleash on the nations of the world.

To the Filipinos who are employed in Taiwan today, better craft your respective contingency plan to move out of the pariah province. Before the fate of the sardine-producing children enslaved by Taiwanese businessmen will strike you mercilessly, better come home. Go elsewhere to seek gainful employment back home or in any country other than Taiwan.

BRING THE FEMININE PRINCIPLE BACK IN!

Happy Women’s Day to all the women of the planet!

Rulership over the past historic epochs in our planet has been markedly a one-sided thing: an overstress on the Masculine principle as underlying precept. In all the major sectors of society thereof, governance, inclusive of management principles, were largely dominated by the masculine principle. Let me share some notes about the matter.

This analyst has been an avid supporter of feminist movements for some decades now, and so I write about women & gender today as a re-dedication to that flame of support for women advocacies. Albeit, my paradigm on gender is largely founded on Eastern principles, more so from those writ by spiritual masters, and so I re-echo the ‘bringing the feminine back in’ from such a paradigm.

I find the western paradigms of gender as intoxicatingly dualistic and/or polarized, which is in stark contrast to those from the East. The Western Mind views gender as one of constant clash between the sexes, where one gender eventually ends up as dominant and victorious. The Eastern Mind, founded largely on universal spirituality and high-level synthesis, regards the Masculine and Feminine as two aspects of an indivisible reality, being emanations from the Universal Mind or Prime Cause (God Almighty).

After studying the social sciences for so long a time now (I’m among the sociologists and political economists in the Philippines), I’d verily say that I have become nauseated with western precepts of all sorts. Western thought had reached a dead end, and western theories of gender are circuitous discourses of intellectualism bereft of recondite elements of spirituality. I have honestly grown tired of Western shallowness in the philosophical plane, and I challenge those steeped in Western thought to catch up and solve theoretical gaps.

For cogitation, the Feminine Principle has been locked up for so long in the dungeons of the collective psyche. As a result, governance precepts—in all societal sectors—have been one-sided and bent on the authoritarian or Theory X. Coteries of intellectuals, largely gay homosexuals, have built ramparts of discourses across the eons to defend the very one-sided governance, never mind if such governance would be tyrannical, corrupt, war-mongering, and anti-human.

‘Bringing the Feminine back in’ is the most daunting and urgent agenda of the day. A balanced representation of both the Feminine and Masculine in governance would likewise generate balanced governance. Imbalanced governance redounds to tyranny and decay in the long run, while balanced governance would bring forth a flowering of the Creative Principle in the organizational setting.

Take a 2nd look today at the largely Masculine-dominated states of Arab sheikdoms, emirates, and kingdoms. See for yourself the result of epochs of imbalanced Masculine-dominated governance. Such imbalanced governance is being rejected en toto by the Arab youths, and the detractors are in a hurry to search for a way out of the governance dilemmas they face.

‘Bringing the Feminine back in’ the Arab societies will quickly produce the balance so sorely lacking for as far as historical records can cull. The return of the Feminine there will most likely result to a Theory Y cum Theory Z type of democracy: participative, de-centered, respectful of civil society, and necessarily liberating the women gender’s potentials in both public and private spheres.

Democracy, Justice, Liberty are all signified by Female figures, call them goddesses or deities if you wish. They represent the highest virtues, and the values emanating from them will be guidepost precepts of the future. We all better accept that the time has come for recognition of the full import of the goddess principles now rising to the fore, or else face the violent upheavals resulting from a cathartic overthrow of Jurassic governance dispensations.

Those gay homosexual technocrats-politicians-financiers of Luciferan New World Order who are hiding in the shadows, desirous of installing tyrannical regimes in the USA & Europe and obsessing for a World War III, who likewise dominate foreign policy initiatives in the West, better shut up and take stock of the emerging world order. The Jurassic anti-Feminine advocates are being swept off rulership posts and institutions, and will be mere archival materials in the short run.

A blessed, Happy Women’s Day again to all ladies and to Planet Earth!

ARAB SHEIKHS BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

The month of March just commenced as I write this note. It seems that, as of this writing, the ancient echoes of history are reminding the archaic royal states of pan-Arabia of the cryptic message “beware the Ides of March!”

The tumult of pan-Arabia (all territories covered by Arabs of diverse ethnicities) is clearly sweeping the dirt of the ancien regime, regardless of the nature of the states there: republic or archaic (monarchic). The rousing of awareness affects the young generation in particular, no matter what class, ethnicity, or sect they belong to.

So rapid are the unfolding events, and without the proper framework to comprehend what’s going on, the despots and autocrats of pan-Arabia are at a lost as to the proper comprehension of the phenomenon. In the absence of an appropriate framework, the royal rulers have to undertake a drastic palliative of giving respective families some large alms of welfare gifts.

Almost nine (9) quarters of a century ago, the last queen of France, Marie Antoinette, provided the same palliative: by giving cakes to the poor folks in order to deter their involvement in popular risings. Welfare gifts of today are similar to the cakes of Marie Antoinette. Let the sheikhs be reminded that Marie Antoinette and King Louis XVII were beheaded before the public, an event that foreshadowed what would happen to the various other archaic regimes across the globe, no matter if they gave away tons of cakes in case.

While the overthrown Saudi king and/or Arab sheikhs may not be physically decapitated after their removal from power, the fate of the late French monarchs signifies the decapitation of the monarchic power altogether. Which means that, in the short run, all the remaining archaic states in pan-Arabia will be effectively decapitated, and conditions made so hard for a revival of the ancien regime.

If asked for an honest opinion, my perspective on the matter makes me supportive of a republican form (structure) of government for all Arab states. Archaic regimes in pan-Arabia have been integrated into the power nexus of the Anglo-European oligarchy that has been planning to wage a World War III very soon by pitting a Sunni-Jewish alliance versus a Persia/Iran-led coalition.

Saudi Arabia has particularly been arming itself to the hilt, while Syria and Libya have already stockpiled themselves with the arsenals. All done in preparation for the great war. Israel has been undertaking massive military exercises inside Romania, as it will be the core force tasked by the financier oligarchy to frontally attack Iran in the months ahead.

But the political-military context in pan-Arabia had so suddenly changed as a result of the turmoil. All of a sudden, the viability of launching a world war versus Iran has badly eroded. The primary problems of pan-Arabia today are the domestic ones, and so the global war has to be put in abeyance if not shelved altogether.

As I already cogitated in my earlier articles, it will be suicidal for Israel to go to war alone versus Iran & allies (Hezbollah, Hamas, contiguous countries). Not only that, with the changed context in Arab states, Israel has to re-tool itself to be able to understand the rapidly unfolding events and forecast whether the future Arab regimes will be reliable friends or unpredictable enemies.

Meanwhile, the month of March had arrived, and this month bodes ill for the despots and autocrats of pan-Arabia. Beware the Ides of March!

TAIWAN’S FASCIST BUTCHERS BULLY PH OVER 14 DRUGGIST CRIMINALS

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Taiwan, the renegade province of China ruled by the fascist butchers Kuomintang, has been bullying the Philippines lately. The bone of contention is PH’s handing over of 14 drug syndicate criminals to China, and Taiwan’s childish ranting is expressed by making it hard for PH expatriate workers to work in the province.

Taiwan is Kuomintang territory, and it remains to be so even if other so-called democrat parties have already emerged there. Kuomintang used to govern China under then Generalissimo Chiang Kai Shek. Under the Kuomintang’s stewardship, China was divisively controlled at the grassroots by warlords who were actually malefactor elements with mafia Triad gangs as their underworld operators.

For the record, Chiang Kai Shek ordered the mass termination of perceived enemies, a genocide that resulted to over 30 Millions of butchery victims. So appalling was the condition of China during the extermination campaign that dwarfs Hitler’s Jewish pogrom several times over. Despite the demonic cruelties of the Kuomintang, the West kept mum about the genocide and instead chose to highlight the mass killers as allies worth their merit in the war against the Axis powers.

But history has the better judgement of the conflict in China, and that judgement led to the expulsion of the nauseating butchers by the victorious Maoist forces in 1949. Confined to the province of Formosa, the Kuomintang butchers were compelled to do their best to consolidate power and befriend the Western oligarchs to the hilt to procure favors for building a post-Civil War economy.

Kuomintang surely had luck on its side as a militarily weak China, which just suffered from the decades-old war with Japan before the civil war inflated to take down China’s economy further, cannot pursue a naval-supported hot pursuit of the demonic butchers. Henceforth, the same mad killers were able to recoup from loses, focused their resources in a territory so small as to be governed by a mere city mayor or so, till finally the painstaking efforts to build a modern Taiwan paid off.

That was the history of how a so-called Taiwan, pretentiously deluding itself to be a nation-state, opened up its borders to expatriate labor. Over 50,000 Filipino expats landed in Taiwan to do a diversity of tasks, from manual to information worker-type jobs.

Accustomed to the old life where malefactor Triad criminals co-looted the economy with the bureaucrats, Kuomintang’s genocidal instincts is on the upscale again. Mob power and fascist power are of the same make-up, as both mob and fascist need each other to support a criminal state. This time around, the fascist butchers have their eyes focused on the Filipino expats, even as they frontally bully PH in the same vogue as their old-time brutal slaughters of Chinese old folks, women and children.

Let it be declared that the Philippines is no dumping ground for Taiwanese mafia criminals, as that dumping ground is no other than Taiwan itself. The Philippine police and Interpol ought to round up as many Taiwanese Mafiosi operating in the Philippines as much as possible, and explicitly exhibit their faces via the tri-media and internet.

I remember very well a former faculty of UP Manila’s social science department who married with a Taiwanese Mafiosi. As per her story, Taiwanese criminals (disguised as businessmen) are in desperate need for Filipino women to marry to provide them legal cover for underworld operations. The young instructor used the Taiwanese criminal to secure funds for her studies (up to her doctorate), while the Taiwanese criminal used her for his legal cover.

Multiply such an experience by hundreds of times over, and you will be able to see for yourself the gigantic scale of operations of criminal Taiwanese Kuomintang babies in the Philippines alone. Cross over to the other countries of ASEAN and you will find out for yourself the same precedent.

How I wish the ASEAN could rise to become a powerful political union soon, and wage a massive ASEAN-wide crackdown of Taiwanese mafia syndicates. The faces of the criminals should be published in encyclopedia form and disseminated world-wide, with a WikiLeaks-type website echoing the same content of criminal faces.

Let the world know what Taiwan really is: a provincial enclave of fascist butchers cum mafia Triad criminals. China better reconsider its plan to integrate the criminal province into its territory, as it will be bad feng shui for an awakening mighty economy to include demoniacs within its broader territorial frame. Leave Taiwan to rot on its own in due time, as what befell many other demonic territories in the past.

SCOURGE OF CORRUPTION

Erle Frayne D. Argonza

Good day to you fellow global citizens!

We just celebrated the 25th EDSA People Power Revolution in PH last Feb 25. A full twenty-five (25) years after EDSA, the country remains mired in the gargantuan problem of bad governance. Graft & corruption continues to be a scourge to this country, ditto for other countries.

Patrimonial interest groups of every shade continue to pillage the national coffers and the business sector. Business and politics are as intertwined as ever, thus barring efforts to bring down patron-client relations in the public and private spheres. No wonder that corruption remains high and could be, in fact, scaling up the heights in exponential fashion.

For as long as bad governance (‘bureaucrat capitalism’ is the Maoists’ term for it) remains in a vicious circle pattern, poverty will loom large in the near future. People’s incomes will be relatively stagnant, resulting to a stagnant if not declining middle income class. The high growth figure of 7% annual growth will therefore be meaningless, as the growth benefits largely those who are already very rich.

It doesn’t matter if the Philippines has already been urbanized, with as large as 68% of the population and/or the labor force residing in cities and big towns. Urban it is alright, yet replete with narratives of burgeoning urban poor populations.

So that brings us back to square 1, which is the self-perpetuating bad governance cycle. Whether the vicious cycle can be broken during the incumbency of the Aquino regime is doubtful. This government is being run by mediocre bureaucrats who are predominantly Jesuit-schooled boys and girls, who as a whole administer the public sector like “running a student council” as Sen. Joker Arroyo aptly described them.

Sadly for the country and other emerging markets, it is this governance side of the equation that cancels out the very positive outlook resulting from high growth. To note, it is this same scourge that had angered youthful Arabs in Tunisia and Egypt who watched their national leaders plunder the coffers like they were lusciously consuming personal candies, and the scourge is now driving many other Arabs to the streets to overthrow their corrupt leaders.

Good governance, strong institutions, and right policies are getting to be appreciated all the more by the youthful working peoples of the day, such as those in the Arab states. They are values that strongly appeal to the middle class of developing countries, while they resonate well for the young generation of Arabs. Amusing observations!

If the middle class of emerging markets can inspire the young generations of Arabs and countries with authoritarian regimes at the helm, well and good. But let the ‘regime change’ agents be reminded that overthrowing corrupt authoritarian and/or autocratic regimes do not an incorruptible government make.

Examine the history of the Philippines and other countries that are similarly situated, where bad governance perpetually churns itself out long after dictatorships were overthrown. Our neighbor Indonesia is similarly situated, and so are couples of countries in Latin America. The more so for African countries where the problem of racial integration complicates the scourge of corruption.

It seems like we badly hit a quagmire in PH and other developing countries, in regard to graft & corruption. Whether we shall all jettison efficaciously out of the quagmire in the short run is a delusion. And maybe never will there be hope in reforming governance institutions that would enable eradication of poverty and attendant problems.

As to the reason behind the scourge, I am reminded of the explanation of the pioneer sociologist Emile Durkheim. The noblesse gentleman cogitated that there will always be deviants in society, unless that society is populated by saints. Deviance, such as corruption, will always prevail at levels beyond the residual, to follow Durkheim’s logic.

Economists would have it that ‘rent seeking’ will assert itself in diverse circumstances, inclusive of the public sector. Rent seeking, or reaping profits beyond opportunity costs, explicates corrupt practices and no less. The UP School of Economics professor Emmanuel De Dios had already writ informative articles about the matter, so please try to search for his articles in university libraries and online.

I do perceive corruption as a scourge, even as I remain optimistic that in the very long run it will be minimized. Humans will gradually evolve across time, and I guess the conscience of future humans will work the greater to make values work in daily life. But it seems my concluding note is only wishful thinking, so I’d leave it up to you to form your opinions on the subject matter.
