Most gracious day of peace & love!

November 11, 2011 just passed away. It was a momentous event as energy spots, grids, and 4^th dimensional portals across the globe gyrated with tremendous amplitudes, the influxes impacting immensely on those whose awareness is ever readier for the Ascension Day just 55 weeks ahead. Surreptitiously riding a-crest the November waves are the minions of Satan or Ahriman across the globe, sponsoring surreptitious conferences aimed at capturing as many unsuspecting souls whom they can drag along their post-2012 incarceration agenda (they will be banished in a new planet in Kama Loka or Hell, the lowest sub-plane of the astral plane).

Satan (Ahriman, Behemoth) took over the reign of power left behind by Lucifer who was punitively deprogrammed over 3 decades ago. Niched in the 3^rd plane, Satan and his minions of Fallen Ones use the mental plane as a battle ground to trap souls in the dense spheres. Propagation of atheism and the usage of ‘cold forces’ to exterminate humans en masse are the agenda of the Ahrimanians or Satanists. There too are Ahrimanians using the Cult as platform for enslaving souls, the cults being fairly recent and are of the New Age variety.

Luciferans are now on the gradual retreat, and as they do this the Satanists down the ground keep busy to shore up whatever left-over strengths they have to enslave souls in their favor. Just recently, their puppet groups conducted a dubiously secretive 3-day conference in Manila. The event was dubbed as Cosmic in nature, which is true to the extent that it represents Cosmic Evil and gyrates with blasts of negative energies that could only lead to adverse effects on participants who are the least prepared for it. [Witness accounts from among the participants, shared thru a social network, amplify evidence to such expected adverse effects.]

I got wind up of the forthcoming event as early as mid-October yet. It was publicly announced in a UFO conference by a member of the cult group BROMOKI which seems to front for a broader coalition of cults and New Age groups with surreptitious agenda (surreptitious as their intentions are done without transparency). The BROMOKI has been orchestrating a so-called Spiritual Government for PH, a dubious bloc that doesn’t have a mandate from the true Spiritual Government led by Lord Sanat Kumara (based in Shamballah), Planetary Logos of Earth and guiding deity among the Lords of the Flame who oversee spiritual evolution on Earth since their arrival 18.5 million years ago yet.

Whether the said New Age cults know what Powers are behind them and where they are being brought to, are queries worth investigating. But what is clear to me is this: the true spiritual Brotherhood, the Brotherhood of Light to which this guru is an Initiated Fellow (I ascended spiritually in 2008), has no plan whatsoever of forming super-organizations in preparation for post-2012. The Brothers of Light rather have it on the agenda to let diverse networks of cosmic awareness persons and groups traverse along parallel trajectories, not by forming super-organizations or coalitions but by interconnecting through subtle threads of Light.

A week before the conference was held, couples of would-be volunteers for an ET interest group here (name withheld) called me up to consult me about the conference. I flatly told them that the Ascended Masters—who are Divine Elders tasked to lead and aid human beings in their evolutionary sojourns—have nothing to do with the conference being sponsored by a supposed Cosmic Office. Accordingly, they were told that the conference was all about God or is cosmic in nature, a contention that is filled with ambiguity even as it smacks of kindergarten stuff for ridicule.

Isn’t it a Standard Operating Procedure to provide the conference participants a copy of the theme and the agenda? There was no such advanced copy of the agenda. Also, the venue suddenly switched from the original Shangrila Hotel to another venue (a Makati hotel), thus making it all the more clear that the Shangrila thing was merely a decoy or camouflage for the real venue. Why were the sponsors concealing the knowledge about the venue?

So scared were the enquirers that they backed off from participating in the conference after hearing my preliminary analytical peregrination. Not only that, chances are they might no longer get active in the ET interest group which seems more of a pliant sub-altern for the New Age cult BROMOKI, unless the former can prove its sterling autonomy from cult coalitions which isn’t too late a thing for it to do.

I did my own investigative scan of the conference using the meditation tool, while at the same time registering the event before office of Archangel Gabriel and the Darjeeling Council of the Brotherhood for monitoring. Couples of visions appeared during the 3 nights of scanning, the following three images being the most focal:

· A Military Officer: A fatigue-clad officer, standing in side view facing West, with beret-type head gear, fair-skinned. I couldn’t decipher the nationality of this man, but clearly his role has to do with central supervision and monitoring of the event (to succeed).

· A building: An edifice that was solitarily standing in a large tract of land. I intuited that this was the building that served as central hub for commanding the conduct of the Manila conference and possibly satellite conferences across the globe. Most probably transmitters connect this building to certain ElectroMagnetic or EM transducers used as thought-bending equipment. Satellite-borne, the EM transducers are then beamed on any conference the Satanists conduct anywhere in the world.

· Very dark-hued Horned One with glowing short-tipped horns: Satan himself. This vision appeared last night, the night after the last day of the conference. This is the last evidence to indicate Who is in command of the sponsors of the cosmic evil conference. With this evidence at hand, I rest my case.

I could only surmise at how many of the participants ended up with fragmented psyche to the disheveled state of Multiple Personality Disorder of MPD. An MPD or schizoid is so pliant a subject for evil manipulators that the former can be easily commanded to do dirty tasks using the widely popularized hypnotic tools. Black Magic or Left Hand circles are so full of these MPDs and sociopaths, though many of them aren’t even aware of their being manipulated (such as the fake Lightworkers inside social networks who slander, insult, defame the true Lightworkers and the spiritual masters, and spread grand lies or deceptions of every kind).

Be forewarned about similar conferences going on in your country or area. Immediately report them to the Archangels Michael and Gabriel, and get yourselves extra protection with the Blue Ray of the Divine Ones while such conferences go on. Rest assured all those puppets of the Evil Ones will be imprisoned in the Kama Loka Planet (Hell) that is now awaiting them, or be destroyed accordingly in accordance with their abominations.

How far do vaccines work? Is vaccination an opportunity or a threat to communities suffering from epidemic and pandemic outbursts?

Vaccination has generated its own level of fear responses, as cases of vaccination failures have led to fatalities on the parts of poor patients. Let it be stressed that pandemics, such as those that struck Africa, often than not strike down the poor classes, thus generating toxic fears that the vaccines coming from the West are meant as genocide bacteriological warfare weaponry.

[LONDON] Fears of a growing mistrust of vaccinations in developing countries have led academics to set up a 'listening station' that monitors local responses to new immunisation campaigns.

Researchers at the UK-based London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) are hoping their system will alert them when concerns have passed thresholds beyond which there may be a risk to the smooth implementation of a programme.

"I have been seeing an increasing number of episodes of communities, governments and individuals questioning vaccines and refusing them, even in some of the poorest countries," said Heidi Larson, senior lecturer at LSHTM and principal investigator for the project.

"After several years of fire-fighting, I started to see patterns where early intervention could have prevented boycotts," she said.

The project started in November 2009. Data are collected from local media, official and local observer reports and categorised by country, source, type of disease, vaccine and issue raised.

Risk is allocated to three categories, ranging from a potential problem requiring more data-gathering, to immediate action being needed to prevent vaccine refusal.

In Kenya, the researchers are piloting a 'listening system' model that documents local opinion as it emerges following the launch of the pneumococcal vaccine last February.

Today, mobile phones, the Internet and social media are providing new methods of self-organisation for those on all sides of vaccine debates.

Larson and colleagues recently published a case study in The Lancet examining the suggested link between the tetanus vaccine and sterility that disrupted immunisation campaigns across the world and led to a 45 per cent drop in coverage in the Philippines between 1994 and 1995.

They found that the Internet had been crucial in allowing the pro-life Catholic group Human Life International to communicate these fears to its members in over 60 countries, including Mexico, Nicaragua and the Philippines.

The eruption of fear usually results from underlying social and political issues, said the researchers. When fears arose in Uttar Pradesh in India that the polio vaccine might induce sterility, analysts found that mistrust revolved around the person administering the vaccine — often non-local men.

"When you have a group that is marginalised and is very conscious of its marginalisation, it is not a surprise that they would be more suspicious of government-driven initiatives," said Larson.

Thomas Abraham, director of the public health communication programme at the University of Hong Kong, said: "I think that any tool that tells you that there is a problem is useful".

"The question then becomes, what are you going to do about these rumours?"

He said that communication needed to be the starting point for any public health programme. "Health communication, especially around vaccines, is still very much in the dark ages."

As the new princess Kate feels the bliss of honeymoon, Anglo-European royalty & cronies are anticipating the ritual sessions they’ll undertake over the next months. Being dedicated disciples of the Dark Masters, or Illumined Ones so-called, royalty has been reputedly shape-shifting to giant reptilians past 9 feet in height, as integral to their rituals of black arts, as per revelations by David Icke (www.davidicke.com).

Whether the elites of Europe and their oligarchic counterpart overseas do have control over their shape-shifting to Abominations is a bone of contention in mystical circles. David Icke is of the position that they (Queen Elizabeth & kins particularly) do exercise control over their shifting to reptilians and back to humans, while the priest & spiritual guru Sal Rachele contends the contrary (see www.salrachele.com).

That the royalty of the Anglo-Nordic-Teutonic-Latin worlds do engage in secret profane rituals is something that should induce more depth studies from interested parties. That they shape-shift to predatory reptilians is surely a cause for grave concern by the citizens of planet Earth. Just exactly how that happens speaks of a certain truth: that the genetic structure of royalty & elite cronies have moorings in a reptile humanoid species that could have bred with Earth hominids in antiquity, thus producing the secretive ‘reptoids’ of royalty.

Diana could have unwind of such rituals and lived in dread most of her life. Add to that fact the discoveries she made about the criminal operations in drugs, gold hoarding, portfolio investments & currency attacks, and more, and you could just imagine the mortal dread of the late princess. Diana wanted to stay out of the prison she fell into, and she was exterminated by the evil cabal of Committee of 300 or C300.

As elucidated by Icke and others, the royalty & elite crony rituals often than not initiate young children into it (rituals). Scions of the elites thus get to be exposed to prayer rituals spiced with sodomy, vaginal penetration (for girls), felacio, and related profanities as early as infancy (9 months to 2 years of age). Drugs such as hashish or cocaine are used in some rituals to induce trance states that permit contact with trans-terrestrial beings from other dimensions, Evil Beings to stress the point, e.g. Baphomet.

But there’s more to the rituals. Certain rituals that induce shape-shifting to reptilians are accompanied by the use of kids as sacrificial items. Upon the shift to the giant predators, the ritualizing elites would then knife the kids to ‘kingdom come’ in order to extract the heart, liver, and whatever organs are desired that could induce certain effects. The predators then eat those organs or body parts desired.

In other words, the reptiloid elites regard humans as prey, thus indicating the possibility that their reptilian humanoid species are on top of the food chain. Just exactly how they were able to create subterfuge situation so that they now hide under human rubric is a puzzle of genetics that is worth our peregrinations.

Back to the question: should Princess Kate get hold of direct knowledge about the rituals, what’s her take of it? Should she find out that her children will experience being part of the rituals at infancy, what then? Will she say “should I stay or should I go?”

KATE DISCOVERS GRACE KELLY EXTERMINATED BY ROYALTY TOO!

Good evening from Manila!

Let me continue with the Princess Kate discoveries of shadowy engagements and profane rituals by the Anglo-European royalty & elite cronies. As Kate will unwind the true causes behind the death of Diana—a death done in execution of an extermination order from ‘higher ups’—she will also most likely uncover the truth behind the death of Grace Kelly who was married to Rainier of Monaco royalty.

The majestic Grace is a narrative akin to Cinderella. The dreamy Cinderella of America who fantasized about marrying a prince one day, indeed was lifted off her feet to kingdom come by a prince, and a crown prince at that! So the very feminine beau from America turned into a majestic crowned royal person overnight, and the rest was history.

Then she was integrated into the circles of dirty & demonic elites of Europe, and she found out it was too late to quit. She knew that Bernard, of the Monaco royal family, was initiator and prime mover of the secretive elite club Bilderberger Group. This shadowy club met once a year to confer about the state of affairs of the world, and imposed tasks upon the members that should be strictly complied with.

Bernard’s task, as far as we can see his role in the hierarchy of evil in the planet, is to get the select leaders of nations into a seemingly loose formation. That formation will then meet annually, pass resolutions of sorts, and commit to implement them. The core leaders are actually members of the Committee of 300 or C300, the hierarchy of evil that was exposed by John Coleman, former British MI6 spy, as being behind the many woes and sorrows of the planet today.

If I pick the pattern right, a Holy Trinity of Father-Son-Mother/Spirit comprises a triad of evil in the C300 and a possibly tight Order of Luciferans. Princess Kate will discover the triad quite quickly, by inducting her inferences from the networks of cronies of her husband’s family. Bernard is the Son-equivalent in the hierarchy, while Queen Elizabeth is the Mother/Spirit equivalent. The Mother calls the shots, and so it would be best for the Son to always coordinate with the Mother whatever moves there are to be made in the Bilderberger and subsidiary formations such as the Trilateral Commission or TLC.

Well, it was apparent that Bernard could have overstepped his functions. At some juncture, he was also found to have been excessively greedy, whatever that means. Greed has got to do with getting his shares in the pies of investments, gold, drug deals, and more. Bernard could have lionized shares too much, and lionized influence too on the Bilderberger participants as his financial leverage grew meteorically.

Then came that tragic death of Grace, and there can be no denying that the Monaco royalty’s greed has to do with it. Punitive action was exercised with lightning speed of sweeping execution, and so the action came by exterminating the seemingly spotless Grace.

And so the world’s folks grieved for the beloved Cinderella, made ignorant as they were by the lies and cover ups. Folks can be deceived, but not a smart lady like Kate who will most likely stumble upon this gory fact.

PRINCESS KATE WILL UNCOVER GOLD HOARDING ANOMALIES TIED TO DRUGS!

Good evening from the Pearl of the Orient!

It seems that my narratives about drug operations by British & European royalty are getting over-extended, so please bear with me. For this note, I will focus on the direct connection between gold hoarding and the drug trade, with the British Empire at the core of planning & operations of gold hoarding.

To recall, gold was declared as a monetary yardstick in the 1940s. The Breton Woods Agreement prescribed the formation of an International Monetary Fund or IMF to oversea trade and currency stability the world over, and so the ‘gold standard’ was declared as standard securitization instrument to back up currencies. Money can only be printed then with back up by gold reserves in the vaults of the central bank of any member nation of the IMF.

Then in 1971, all of a sudden, there was a reversal of the gold standard, till it was finally eradicated. Since then, currencies were traded like typical commodities, as the paradigm of monetarism (Friedman, Hayek) was to dominate economic policies across the planet. Gold’s very own value fluctuated, with the pattern pointing towards inflation, in fact towards hyper-inflation at some junctures.

Most likely Princess Kate will see the handiwork of Windsor & royalty pals in the process. Not only that, she will uncover the truth that there was a relentless campaign by the evil Committee of 300 or C300, led by Elizabeth and royal pals, to eventually hoard the bullions for all time.

The ‘stumble upon’ inquiry can lead to uncovering the shocking truth that gold is used for trading of narcotics by the British drug operators. Yes, fellows, that’s the fact divulged to us by the likes of John Coleman, former British MI6 spy who exposed the evil workings of the shadowy C300 elites’ club: that narco-traders on the British side use gold for exchange rather than currency.

You can make guesses for yourself as to why the British pounds sterling shouldn’t be used for exchange, or the US dollar, or even the Euros. Simple logic indicates that using currencies such as global tenders leave traces of the evil acts, traces that the Interpol might be able to track. To simplify the security equation further, certain Interpol cops are offered payola by the same narco-traders, thus exposing the weak side to the international institution. Payment in gold nuggets to opium and drug producers leaves no traces at all, and that’s classic British style transactions.

The general plan was actually to hoard all the world’s gold that can be hoarded. The goal of that criminal act was to propel the gold purchase values to meteoric heights, which will be the go signal to gradually release the gold. Gold trading alone will result to gigantic windfall gains for the dirty operators.

But there’s another facet of the gold hoard. This aspect wants to see gold used predominantly for the drug trade, with the end view that drugs will eventually be legalized. So you can see that gold has a dark side into it, the reason for its hoarding all the more clear for the greedy operators.

Where will all the ‘stumble upon’ of drugs, gold, business links lead Kate to? As far as Diana was concerned, it led to her extermination by the same C300. Will Kate also go that way?

PRINCESS KATE WILL STUMBLE UPON DRUGS & BUSINESS LINKAGE

As the honeymoon of Williams and Kate goes on with sweetness reserved only for royalty, facts across the globe will begin to clean themselves of dust. Exposed into clean air, sooner or later the new princess could uncover dark truths lurking behind the shadowy operations of Windsor, royalty and cronies.

Drug trade by British operators surrounding the Queen can be among those items in the closet that Kate will stumble upon. And, the dreadful thing about it: that drugs are used by royalty itself both for leisure and for spiritual ritual purposes. By royalty we mean here the gamut of noble houses and pretenders of cronies in the entire Europe.

As already mentioned in previous articles, royalty in Europe and cronies across continents constitute a hierarchy of evil called the Committee of 300 or C300. As exposed by former British MI6 spy John Coleman (see his book Committee of 300), the C300 was patterned to the hierarchy of the defunct British East India Company or BEAC, a giant conglomerate that had its own army separate yet from the British Army.

Drugs and business do directly relate across the Atlantic, as drug money profits are used to prime up investments in (a) portfolios (stock markets, financial derivatives) and (b) long-term investments. The latter investments are those in banking, manufacturing, import-export, retail, leisure industries, infrastructures, and more.

Without drugs, Western economies couldn’t have become what they are today. Narcotics has a stabilizing function on the Western economies, compliments of drug users across the world where British drugs can get supplies through.

Name the biggest banks in Europe particularly, and mind you, don’t ever get the shock of your life if you’d find out that their investment pools connect directly to the drug trade. The exposes about the matter are summed up in the Executive Intelligence Review or EIR (www.eir.com), so you can go ahead and surf the site of the EIR for your own discovery purposes. From there you can move on to other sites, inclusive of The Guardian, The Economist, and controversial sites.

Most likely the new princess Kate d’ William will get to know the truth behind the drug trade and where the money from it goes to. She will come to know that the big banks in Greece, Spain, Ireland that went agog recently, were bankrupted via financial derivatives by the cronies of royalty acting as frontmen. And to her own shock, the same cronies actually own the very banks that some other cronies are now trying to bring down.

So what’s the rub? Well, simple. Bankrupt the banks, and then let governments save the same banks using taxpayers’ money. The same banks that were used as sharks to loan to taxpayers at usurious rates for diverse purposes, such as housing and car loans, are now being bankrupted, and who saves them? Taxpayers of course!

So while the regulators get busy investigating dirty operations by speculators on bankrupted businesses, the drug trade will continue unhampered. And the same narcotics will fund more businesses to come, including those that are yet to be born.

As the folk world regales over the marriage of Prince Williams of House of Windsor to his fiancée Catherine ‘Kate’ Middleton, grand loots take place in the financial derivatives markets across borders. The same lootings, which caused the Asian financial meltdown and recessions in the USA and Europe, are being masterminded by greedy oligarchs who are directly linked to Queen Elizabeth, world’s wealthiest woman.

Knowing inner circle truths about such crimes and maybe others led to Diana’s death—by extermination that was made to appear as accident.
Diana knew too much about the dirty engagements of the Windsor family & cronies of financiers and their underworld operators.

Remember that before Diana died, she was involved in an advocacy for the banning of land mines, an advocacy that won her accolades and praises. The land mine owners (investors) directly connect to Q.Elizabeth, and so are the few hundreds of select pals constituting a hierarchy of evil called the ‘Committee of 300’ (see John Coleman’s book Committee of 300).

I just joined the Sunday Kapihan circle in Manila in 1998 when I got unwind right away of the investigative journalistic report exposing the foul play in Diana’s death. Upon the invitation of then Education Undersecretary Butch Valdez, whose daughter was my student at De La Salle University, I was brought into the circle of brilliant minds. The same circle published the magazine Independent Review, edited by the illustrious entrepreneur & opinion columnist Herman ‘Mentong’ Laurel (owner of Goto King and Mama Rosa restaurant chains).

The Independent Review economists and analysts are allies of the US economist Lyndon LaRouche who founded the prestigious Executive Intelligence Review. One of LaRouche’s trusted analysts is Mr. Tannenbaum, who collated the information regarding Princess Diana’s mysterious death and reported the daring expose about the assassination or extermination angle of that death.

Knowing all too well the dirty operations of the Windsor family across the globe doesn’t at all render me the least sympathetic to the latest wedding. I could already see that around couples of months from now, the bride Middleton will begin to uncover incontrovertible truths about the dark nature of the family she got integrated into. The sweetest moments, eclipsed by the honeymoon, can instantly turn into a nightmare of the most dreaded proportions.

Secrecy marked the death of Diana, so much that even her own sons could have been befuddled by the rather mafia-style pledge of secrecy that went with it. But the boys of Diana were already participating in inner rituals of the family, so that it didn’t take them long to accept the significance of ‘omerta’ or code of silence. Some day the boys will grow up to become major players in the games of the global oligarchs, and they are now at the age threshold for operations of those games.

Just to share to you an example of the dirty games:

In 1992, the Quantum Group, led by George Soros, was tasked to conduct a sizzling attack versus the British pound sterling. The experience was to serve as a test case for currency attacks, and no less than Britain, home of the Windsor family, was used as the guinea pig for the operations. Within just couples of days of operations, the value of the British currency was badly pounded by brickbats of attacks, and quickly had its effects felt on the commodities trading, stock markets, and finally on other economic sectors.

The Bank of England did what it can to salve the situation by direct intervention in the market. But the volume of currency trade and the dumping of portfolio (derivatives) investments that accompanied it were simply too much for the central bank. The Bank admittedly gave up on its seemingly heroic act, while the financiers whom Soros fronted for felt happy over the gargantuan boons they received. And that was just England by the way, for there were more later attacks to come, such as the ‘Asian flu’ of 1997 masterminded by the same Elizabethan operators & cronies.

GENES OF GLOBAL OLIGARCHS: HUMAN OR REPTILIAN?

It may be about time to reveal the highly controversial, if not incontrovertible fact, that the very people who comprise the world’s elites—oligarchs, politicians, technocrats, military elites—comprise a distinct genetic make-up altogether. The elites aren’t human but reptilian, thus explicating the great wall of social distance between them and the underclasses.

Based on the findings of ETI—extra-terrestrial intelligences—researches done by the Vatican and the BRA (British-Russians-Americans), there are more or less two (2) generic types of aliens that come to visit our planet: human and saurian. Saurians can still be subdivided to the Zetans (‘greys’ who have chinky-almond eyes from Zeta Reticuli) and Reptoids (gigantic reptilian humanoids from Draco and lizard humanoids from Orion).

The very fact that the Saurians in particular have been visiting Earth and have, in fact, passed on military technologies to the BRA nations, seems to indicate the subterfuge truth that the same aliens wish to reconnect to their former siblings or offshoot Earth humans. Could it be possible that the Saurians or simply reptilians wish to remind the world that the global elites are their offsprings in antiquity?

VATICAN’S ALIEN BOMBSHELL, GLOBAL OLIGARCHS’ ALIEN GENES

In a previous article, this writer tackled the ETI research that has gone on among the BRA countries (BRA is short for Britain- America- Russia), that there has been so much secrecy about the subject. As this was happening, another world power, the Vatican, silently did its own research, and had stumbled upon information whose impact not only humiliates world powers but could also devastate the financier-industrial oligarchs completely.
The secrecy behind the ETI phenomenon, according to my own researches both as a social scientist and as a mystic (who secures high knowledge by yoga methods), has got so much to do both with the real existence of ETIs and the technologies they passed on to the BRA countries, technologies regarded as classified information because they are militarily-oriented.
But there’s another secrecy which is hardly any secret to the ‘3rd Force’, the Vatican: that our very own creation, as Earth humans, cannot be set apart from a cosmic creation that includes human and human-related species on other planets in some other star systems. Furthermore, the Vatican may well be knowledgeable about the very special knowledge that we Earth humans were created with the aid of ETIs.
As theosophical founder Blavatsky was saying, nature by itself cannot evolve humans whose consciousness are sparks from God. Over 1 million planets across the physical universe were habitable, thanks to their life support systems, by human species. Such indeed was the case, as we mystics accepted, that human life-streams were created by the ‘pitris’ (fathers or collectively Father), that we peoples of Earth were aided in creation and evolution by the ‘lunar pitris’ (lunar fathers) and ‘solar pitris’ (solar fathers) in the very ancient times.
There is no way that this information, knowledge-based this time, can be hidden from the Church, which silently did its own task of researching on the subject. And maybe, to its own horror, it could have stumbled upon information that some of the leading families among the world’s elites themselves are not pure homo sapiens but are in fact hybrid aliens.
The hybridization points out to the Reptilian humanoids from the Alpha Draconis, or Reptoids, who are acknowledged as contributory to the evolution of present Earth humans or Earthans. The negative characteristics of cold bloodedness, deception, manipulation, domineering, and so on, are heritage of the Reptoids. There isn’t one of us who doesn’t possess this genetic sub-stream (of reptilian traits), though our main human form was patterned largely after the Neanderthals and cro-magnon by our ETI ‘pitris’.
However, there is still a narrower stream of present humans who had a more advanced hybridization program, done in the past, that makes them part human and part reptile. The reptilian side of them ensures occult powers that can enable its gene holders to be in constant contact with Higher Powers of whatever nature, possibly evil. The same Powers can them help these gene-holders to monopolize power and wealth across countries and regions.
The Church could have stumbled on such knowledge, and maintains it as information to leverage its own powers in the future. But the Church ETI bureau could also be aware of the fact that this information can’t be held for long, because peoples’ 3rd eyes are gradually opening due to the vibratory changes in the Earth’s own frequency. Sooner or later the elites, who possess the Draconian bloodline, and others who may be hybrid Zeta Reticuli (Grey, like the one on ET film and Indiana Jones), will be discovered by the more sensitive Earthans without aid of yogic meditation or vision.
Imagine the great shock that will meet many people, probably as high as 40% of our population, in the coming years when their 3rd eyes will enable perception of Reptoid hybrids. Leaders of states, big business, big media, corporate foundations, international NGOs will be affected by the unveiling of the ‘energy veil’ and will no longer be able to hide their true identities.
That includes you, fellows. Many of you will be able to see with your own eyes. We mystics, being adept at yogic visioning, have already perceived them in advance of the rest. But we’ve kept quite silent about our shocking discoveries. Now the Vatican is taking the cudgels for us all, including us mystics, and we may as well welcome the Vatican ETI bombshell. This could be for our good in the long run.

The global oligarchy, alternately called New World Order (NWO) or ‘Committee of 300’ or Military-Industrial Complex, is again hatching a contingency move across the planet. Little do East Asians know that the same elites have moved closer to home to fulfill their latest catastrophic plan, as exemplified by my Filipino compatriots who are as somnambulistic as the herds of the planet.

As already alluded to in earlier articles, the global oligarchs are using the 2010 elections in the Philippines to mask their plan. Being both scientist and mystic, I have the privilege to use both empirical-analytic and mystical-paranormal methods to buttress my claims, and in this note I’d share some of my meditation visions about their plot.

Over the last three (3) years or so, I articulated about the coming collapse of the global economy, the attempt to unify Europe under a neo-Bonapartist state, the modus Vivendi of the EU & US to install a 4th Reich, and the launching of a 3rd World War. The oligarchs & military-technocratic-political subalterns have hatched the plan apparently fairly well, through their organizational platforms –Bilderberger Group, Trilateral Commission, Council on Foreign Relations, Royal Institute for International Affairs, and NATO.

The global economic collapse already took place, while its flames still rage strongly in the USA-Europe-Japan trilateral zone. However, the plans to install a Bonapartist Europe, a 4th Reich, and launch a 3rd World War (via Sunni vs Shiite conflict) have been stalled. To simplify the matter, saner and more enlightened leaders inside the states, markets, and civil societies of the trilateral zone have prevailed, and have effectively neutralized or at least delayed the elites’ evil plans.

Indubitably, the oligarchy is terribly alarmed at the audacity and effectiveness of the opposition mounted against them. Alarmed more so to find out that the opposition is uncoordinated, launched as they are from more circumscribed interests of nations and social sectors fighting for survival against the predatory onslaughts of the greedy elites.

It isn’t difficult to realize that a determined predatory force will fight tooth and nail to maintain its ascendancy worldwide, and will plan a contingency move anew. Where the next focused target lies is everyone’s guess. Would it be Latin America? East Asia!? Africa?

RP is home to the hyperspace portal serving as short-cut to galaxies, and this portal (per my visions) has been re-opened by Light Forces after being closed for a long time. Any predatory force fighting for its survival, in the light of the entry of a 3rd Force (galactic fleets of higher dimensional order and superior firepower) arriving en masse on Earth, would be forced to reckon with the Philippines first of all as a possible escape route (NASA program’s being revived for this classified purpose to bail out the elites to other planets and star systems).

Philippine nationalism is also rising, and this has to be check-mated once and for all in the oligarchs’ perception. This nationalism is intersecting with the rise of the ASEAN as a region-state, and it won’t be long before the Philippine nation and its neighbors will realize that their region was formerly the Majapahit Empire, that they were thus duped by the Western powers into believing for some time that they were separate nations and states (nations crafted by the same powers). They are one nation, and they will prevail.

Lastly, there are the huge hoards of gold the country possesses. No, the hoard doesn’t belong to the Marcos family, but comes from diverse sources. A large amount of the bullions were a heritage of the Majapahit Emperor and passed on to descendents, many of whom are Filipinos. Some other large hoards remain unearthed, but lie secured deep within the surface, created a long time back by friendly forces—underground civilizations (cities) and elemental life-forms (certain forces possess the alchemical powers to convert ordinary stones into gold). I’ve done meditation visions before on the gold hoards, and was almost overwhelmed at the sight of the precious metals filling up large bank vaults specially designed for them (these are the bullions traceable to the Majapahit princes).

The oligarchs’ financial empire—created through liberalization, deregulation, privatization, globalization, and bubbled through legitimized looting and swindling—is now eroding rapidly, and it won’t be long before massive risings across the globe may lead to the overthrow of the oligarchic puppet states, confiscation of properties (watch oligarchs’ assets sequestered in Russia), and decapitation of the perceived criminals and their subaltern war criminals. Before the total collapse of the NWO’s global empire happens, drastic moves have to be done. The predators badly need the gold to bankroll their assets and sustain ascendancy of power.

Amid all the synergized anarchy-–or synarchy—across the globe perpetuated by the same predatory oligarchic families, moves are now being made to get the Philippines at all cost. The Pentagon’s men are moving to possibly install puppet generals to power in a failed election scenario, while the Anglo-European financiers eye the installation of liberal candidate Noynoy Aquino and crocodile factions to power.

Meanwhile, very surreptitiously crystalline receptors were installed in Luzon notably the Laguna Lake area, under the guise of ecology projects. I was able to monitor this move through visions, even as I was almost duped by a Caucasian lady who contacted me through email to join their installation of ‘healing crystals’ in a lakeshore town in Laguna (the lady’s name and email messages are still with me). These receptors will be used to re-echo submarine earthquake vibrations detonated by possible combination of nuke and Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM.

It is a likely eventuality that a quake can be calibrated to yank the Marikina fault a bit that can ruin Manila into flattened debris. Producing 1/3 of the nation’s wealth, a flattened Manila means total devastation to the nation that is struggling hard to end mass poverty and achieve development maturity by 2016 or so.

The devastation of the Philippines via submarine nuke and TEM could also distort or warp the electromagnetic field or EMF of the islands and keep the cross-galactic Light Forces at bay, at least for a while. This will give the elites a window of opportunity to escape thru another route, as the galactic reinforcements will take a bit longer to traverse space via longer routes.

The possibility of a Galactic Force or G-Force intervening for Earth humans or Terrans, whom they possibly bred several millennia back, is becoming more manifest by the day. World powers are being urged to reveal their classified research information about the matter, yet they refuse to do so, even if the Vatican itself (via its department of UFO studies headed by a cardinal) already did its subtle message for the UK, USA, and Russia to broadcast the revelations (Vatican already released its report about alien bones and skull in its collection). The elites are obviously scared of this G-Force and are planning to hide underground and/or escape by space.

Just exactly what will happen to this broad contingency plan is worth our watch. Let us begin monitoring, and sharing information about the matter. Meanwhile, my fellow Filipinos sleep, amid murmurs of catastrophe.

9/11 PLUS JAPAN QUAKE DATES EQUALS 12-21-2012

Good day from this enthused social analyst and self-development guru!

Just about a week ago, my wiz-kid nephew Dean Patick Delago, an accounting student who’s among the topguns of his batch, alerted me to the dates of 9/11 (9-11-2001) and the Japan quake cum tsunami (3-10-2011), with the intriguing conclusion that when added yields the following sum:

That’s the Mayan Calendar date for the end of the present cycle of history! What an intriguing, provocative finding, a conclusion that surely jibes with my own thesis that both events were pre-meditated attacks by rouge forces connected with the global elites.

For those unfamiliar with the ruling class, the elites go by the names of Military-Industrial Complex, New World Order or NWO, and Committee of 300 or C300. The elites’ calumny and abominable plans of sustained anarchy through wars and destructive engagements was exposed by John Coleman, former British MI6 spy, in his book Conspirators’ Hierarchy: Committee of 300. Former US president Eisenhower and sociologist C. Wright Mills did their exposes of the Military-Industrial Complex decades earlier.

To go back to my earlier writings: First, the New York twin-tower attack was hatched by rouge forces within the USA, who sowed terror by using Manchurian Candidates or MCs (chipped human semi-robots). Second, the Japan quake cum tsunami was hatched by global elites on the Western hemisphere, and used a US navy unit to strike Honshu with the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM (a similar US navy unit was utilized for the secretive Philadelphia Project).

The total 12-21-2012 reveals that both events—9/11 and Japan Quake—were (a) well planned by echelon rouge forces as (b) most impact-full major events in coherence with (c) a very long-term plan to sow global terror and psychic state of surrender through destructive means such as terror attacks and WMD or weapons of mass destruction. That means the global elites are sending a message to the world population that they are calling the shots in the planet, that peace will be had should people recognize their organized New World Order and its rules, that they are in control.

Among interesting finds are: (a) the WTC terror attack represents the Western hemisphere, while the Honshu attack (near Tokyo) represents the Eastern hemisphere; (b) New York is in the Atlantic Ocean side, while Honshu/Sendai is situated on the Pacific Ocean side; and, (c) both USA and Japan are like twin pillars of the global economy.

That means that when the twin towers in NY were attacked, we should have anticipated that another pillar of the global economy will be attacked. China was struck with Tesla a few years back, Indonesia was also struck hard (300,000 deaths due to the tsunami), and New Zealand was very recently attacked. But no, such countries weren’t symbolized by the 2nd tower in NY, as it was reserved for Japan.

The lingering question I ask is whether the Japan quake-tsunami attack was carried out by an existing unit in the US Navy, by tapping through the HAARP project based in Alaska, or by a US Navy unit in the mid-40s yet that had to travel through hyperspace to reach 2011 and strike genocidal hit on Honshu with the Tesla WMD before retreating back to the 1940s (time travel in other words). For if the 2nd thesis holds, than the planning for both events involved a far greater sophistication and complexity that boggle the mind.

What the events do show is that there may no longer be major events of a terribly psyche-shattering traumatizing nature outside of both events. That is, events carried out whose shock effects are of a traumatizing level to peoples of the world and not just to the Americans or Japanese.

To reecho, the use of Tesla attacks did terrible damages in China, Indonesia, and New Zealand. But of all events, it was the plane crash bombing attack on New York and the Tesla WMD strike on Honshu what were intended to be of the greatest symbolic significance.

There will be similar attacks again by the same rouge forces, which leaves us in suspense about what the next attack could be. So let’s await the next one, which could be just around the corner.

JAPAN GOLD RICH, POST-CATASTROPHE RECOVERY QUICK

Good afternoon from the Philippine highlands!

Japan did suffer miserably from the catastrophe of a double-whammy temblor cum tsunami that walloped it recently. Deaths are now in the thousands, damage to property at past $183 Billion or 3.6% of its $5 Trillion GDP, citizens’ morale is badly eroded (more so that nuke fallout is imminent, aftershocks that followed), and the graphic images of the tragically affected areas are surreal scary.

Naturally, people will opine that Japan’s economy will be recessionary this very year of 2011. Many overseas workers are now leaving Japan, and most likely won’t return there, adding salt to the wounds the Japanese economy had sustained. It’s a doomsday scenario that both layman and experts do picture right now. Little do people see the positive things that can happen a year after the catastrophe.

It seems that among topgun experts, only the former economic secretary, Cielito Habito (who is now professor at the Ateneo University), sees the positive side to the catastrophe. He forecasts an infrastructure boom that will follow from the negative event, citing what happened to Japan after the powerful 1995 quake that flattened Kobe. Accordingly, Japan’s GDP rose by 3% after the Kobe quake, a good performance in a decade of near zero percent growth.

I do agree with Prof. Ciel Habito about the boom post-catastrophe scenario. True, there will be recession this year 2011, as it will take some time before the geological situation there will stabilize. And it will take some more months to craft a recovery program not just for the northeast Japan but for the entire nation. But next year will be a boom year, when the recovery program will already be in full effect.

What many people are least knowledgeable about is the fact that Japan is awash with gold. Even without external help, Japan will be able to quickly recover from the damaging impact of the catastrophe. But acts of goodwill, such as external aid offered, should never be underestimated or ignored, and most likely the Japanese will accept the boons coming from its friends and allies which will run by the billons of dollars.

The famed gold treasures of Japan were acquired by the Imperial government during World War II yet. Recall that Japanese forces scoured Asia for the treasures during the hot days of that war. The Imperial forces than hauled the huge cargoes of gold to its home base, the total volume of which could easily run by the millions of tons of gold bullions.

Due to incessant bombing operations by the Allied forces during the war, part of the gold was forced to be secreted inside underground bunkers in the Philippines. The Philippine gold cache was salivated upon by the West’s oligarchs, and they did what they can to unearth some of them. Dictator Marcos proved smarter than the others, even as he unearthed part of the gold and deposited them in the islands and overseas (via chain of foundations that were later dismantled, thus leaving no traces of the treasures).

Just the same, couples of million tons of the gold were able to reach Japan. That colossal hoard was partly responsible for the quick recovery of Japan after World War II. Your guess is as good as mine that part of the same hoard will be used for the quick recovery of Japan after the Reichter 9 temblor and tsunami.

So good are the Japanese engineers at tunneling and bunker construction, technologies that they perfected during the war yet. Their prowess dwarfs those of Hitler’s experts, and that prowess was used to build underground bunkers in Japan to secure the gold hoard. Between the islands of Honshu and Shikoku are tunnels that run through both land formations, deep down underground, safe from the prying eyes of would-be international looters such as cabal of financiers led by the Houses of Rothschild and Windsor.

Chances are that ready-made contingency bunkers are available to transfer the remaining hoard after the quake struck Honshu and moved it 2.5 meters away from its former location. More so that Japan’s secret service had unwind of the Tesla Earthquake Machine type of WMD (used by the rouge Aum cult to flatten Kobe), thus leading to the hatching of contingency plans in the event that hostile forces will pound Honshu or Shikoku with the same machine that could be tantamount to treasures lost forever.

Global observers should better get ready then for the sudden surge of Japan next year, or maybe as early as the latter part of this year. Part of the gold will be released surreptitiously to securitize big projects. For as long as the same hoard will remain in huge amounts, hostile forces should cease from plotting economically damaging catastrophes on the Japanese nation, as the treasures will be available to make its people rise like the phoenix.

Is “all this Ascension stuff” for real, or is it just the imbecile fantasy of people deeply divorced from reality? Here is what the media never tells you, at least not all at once.

We all know that the Earth is experiencing global warming and other changes, whether the petroleum giants like it or not. Just read the headlines.

What we may NOT know is the following:

SUN: The Sun’s magnetic field is over 230 percent stronger now than it was at the beginning of the 1900s, and its overall energetic activity has sizably increased, creating a frenzy of activity that continues to embarrass NASA’s official predictions.

VENUS: Venus is now glowing in the dark, as is Jupiter’s moon Io.

EARTH: In the last 30 years, Earth’s icecaps have thinned out by as much as 40 percent. Quite inexplicably, just since 1997 the structure of the Earth has shifted from being slightly more egg-shaped, or elongated at the poles, to more pumpkin-shaped, or flattened at the poles. MARS: The icecaps of Mars noticeably melted just within one year, causing 50-percent changes in surface features. Atmospheric density had risen by 200 percent above previous observations as of 1997.

JUPITER: Jupiter has become so highly energized that it is now surrounded by a visibly glowing donut tube of energy in the path of the moon Io. The size of Jupiter’s magnetic field has more than doubled since 1992.

SATURN: Saturn’s polar regions have been noticeably brightening, and its magnetic field strength increasing.

URANUS: According to NASA’s Voyager II space probe, Uranus and Neptune both appear to have had recent magnetic pole shifts – 60 degrees for Uranus and 50 for Neptune.

NEPTUNE: Neptune has become 40 percent brighter in infrared since 1996, and is fully 100-percent brighter in certain areas. Also, Neptune’s moon Triton has had a “very large percentage increase” in atmospheric pressure and temperature, comparable to a 22-degree Fahrenheit increase on Earth.

PLUTO: As of September 2002, Pluto has experienced a 300-percent increase in its atmospheric pressure in the last 14 years, while also becoming noticeably darker in color.

ADAM SMITH: ‘INTELLECTUAL PROSTITUTE’ FOR BRITISH EAST INDIA & SLAVE TRADERS

The title of this briefer may come as a shock to all those who pretend to know Adam Smith and, more so, for those who revere Mr. Smith as a cult Icon. Just to clarify to everyone, being a political economist and ‘economic sociologist’, I hold Smith personally in high esteem as an intellectual, and this briefer is not meant to flaunt irreverence on this gentleman. Smith’s place in economic history is already granite rock, no matter if laissez faire or physiocracy has become obsolete before World War II yet.

The thing is, fact of all facts, contemporary thinkers such as those guys from the ‘Chicago school’, led by Nobel notable J. Friedman (weren’t there Nobel winners who were demented, nay demonic in mindset? E.g biologist Watson, who claimed that Blacks are genetically inferior in mental intelligence). The revival of laissez faire, as one can see, was responsible for flawed policy regimes that led to the series of short cycle crisis since the early 70s yet, and which is now leading finally to the Great Depression that will mark the death blow to liberal capitalism that is now on its terminal phase. From this point of time onwards, there can be no more return to laissez faire without bringing back humanity to a catastrophic Dark Age reminiscent of that demonic age of the Medieval Era when sanity fled humanity for nigh 200 year at least.

I used to be a Fellow of the Independent Review circle here in Manila, a circle of eminent and illustrious intellectuals and business leaders (I was the only humble fellow here in the 1990s). Unfortunately, this group disbanded in 2002, due perhaps to methodological differences (I was active only till 2001 when I left for the USA for about a year). Entry to this group was by invitation, and that was how I got wind up of it: a female student of mine at the De La Salle University (DLSU Manila) had some of my articles (readings in class) read by his father, the Undersecretary Butch Valdez (Dept of Education) who in turn extended the invitation to the Independent Review circle thru her daughter.

Within the circle, it was Butch Valdez, the eminent Principal of the Valdez & Co that is one of the Philippines’ top auditing firms, who studied with intensity the physiocratic paradigm. He came across various readings about the life and works of Adam Smith, and wrote series of articles in the Independent Review (a journal-type magazine) in ‘97 and ‘98. Being among DLSU’s privileged coterie of most brilliant alumni, Valdez’s most revealing inquiry—Smith’s being a paid intellectual for the slave traders—did come as a shock to me, though it doesn’t shock me anymore that intellectuals do prostitute themselves before high paying clients (Antonio Gramsi and Edward Said devoted kilometric pages about intellectuals, both the ‘organic’ and the ‘autonomous’ types).

The research findings of Mr. Valdez concerning Mr. Smith can be summed up as follows:

· Previous to the years before the ascent to eminence of Smith, slave trade and the British East India Co or BEIC were among the accepted economic modalities. Needless to say, the BEIC was engaged in the trading of slaves. [Actually, my research went beyond that, as the same BEIC was also engaged in the DRUG TRADE, in the opium trade, and had an army of its own separate yet from the King’s army.]

· Physiocracy, which bannered ‘free enterprise’, was especially important for the BEIC and related monopolistic imperial groups since the paradigm promoted ‘free trade’ as well. Laissez faire was in a clash with mercantilism’s dirigist policy regime, remember, as it was also opposed to mercantilism’s promotion of industrialism even as laissez faire championed agriculturalism and the ulterior interests of the landlord class. Needless to say, physiocracy championed the cause of the gentry or big planter landlord and was scornful of the industrial class (in the Philippines there is nary a disjunction between ‘landlord’ and ‘industrial’ interests anyway, they are in conjunct.)

· At that historic juncture when the British Empire was expanding and eclipsing its power, the BEIC desired to optimize its profits from out of diverse trading engagements, most of all for optimizing the slave trade. It need not belabored that slaves were tied up to colonial plantations, and plantation economy was the only modality permitted by the British Monarchy as the definitive economic formation for the ‘4th world’ peripheries (colonies). The BEIC engagements’ optimization can best be done by procuring the services of intellectual mercenaries who could articulate in sophistical vogue the very doctrinal expectations of the Lords of the BEIC Hierarchy (a ‘Committee of 300’, per my research findings).

· It was precisely at that juncture of expanded slave trade when the BEIC’s talent scouts eyed the services of a Scottish gentleman, named Adam Smith, who could fit into the mental Pied Piper prototype for BEIC enslavement pursuits. It would be no wise to contend that Smith was a mental robot or ‘Manchurian Candidate’ controlled by overlords behind the scenes, for Smith was a man of his own mind, and up to the last instance he was indeed that ‘organic intellectual’ for the slave traders. He just couldn’t qualify as ‘independent intellectual’ though, for Smith was, in the yardsticks of the autonomous intellectuals, a ‘prostituted intellectual’ or ‘intellectual prostitute’.

The rest was history. Both the erudite and simpleton among the schooled populations of Earth know what Smith’s economic doctrine is all about. And many folks today are aware that the neo-liberal policy regime of the moment was a rehash of the same Smithian physiocracy.

I do wish that I could converse with Antonio Gramsci face-to-face today and request this noblesse thinker whether the term ‘intellectual prostitute’ is appropriate an inference for Adam Smith. I might have erred in judgement. Mr. Smith was a willing party to the enslavement, plunder and looting by the British oligarchs, and this ‘willing party to’ aspect may cancel out my inference altogether. Sous rapture, to quote Jacques Derrida.

At any rate, I have shared my notes, and thanks to the gentleman Butch Valdez for his inquiries shared to our circle. EURO-OLIGARCHIC OPERATORS BEHIND GEORGIA CONFLICT WITH RUSSIA

Going back to the recent Georgia-Russia conflict, which is actually a mere dress rehearsal of NATO for its future big war upon the installation of a totalitarian North Atlantic Empire in the near future, the thesis was raised that Georgia had turned itself into a (b) vassal-state of the Anglo-European oligarchy (or ‘global oligarchy’) and (b) was the same elite’s surrogate it its conflict with Russia.

It would pay to know just exactly who are the people involved behind the scene as operators for the global oligarchy for its latest synarchy engagement in Central Asia. Analysts connected with the Executive Intelligence Review were able to identify one named Mark Brown, who works for the same elites through his sponsor George Soros.

Mark `Moloch' Brown: The Empire's Coup Man in Georgia
Aug. 12, 2008 (EIRNS)—

There is good reason for the British Empire's silence about the attack by Mikhail Saakashvili's Georgia on South Ossetia on Aug. 7, an attack that brought the world to the brink of World War III. Saakashvili was put in power by the duo of British agents—billionaire speculator and Nazi collaborator, George Soros, and Lord Mark Malloch Brown, now the United Kingdom's Minister for Africa, Asia and the United Nations for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO). And, by tracking the records of the UN Development Program (UNDP) which Malloch Brown administered, and Soros's Open Society Institute and its offshoots, the proverbial check stubs will be found.

Lord Malloch Brown has been in the business of overthrowing governments since 1986, when he left the London Economist for the international section of an agressive political consulting firm in the U.S. called Sawyer Miller, and from there advised the Presidential campaign of Corazon Aquino in the Philippines. He stuck with Aquino through the overthrow of President Ferdinand Marcos in 1986, a role about which he boasts. In 1990, he represented the Presidential campaign of Peruvian fascist novelist Mario Varga Llosa, a drug legalization advocate, who lost the election after proposing a vicious austerity program to cut the living standards of Peru's lower classes. Sawyer Miller also helped promote the Dalai Lama against China.

From Sawyer Miller, Malloch Brown spent the next 18 years at the World Bank and the United Nations, forming a deep, but secretive relationship with Soros.

He is also secretive about his finances—he lists only his government salary of about $160,000 on financial disclosure forms. Prior to taking the Ministry job, he served as the Vice Chairman of George Soros's hedge fund, the Quantum Fund in 2007. For a bit of comparison, note that Soros earned billions of dollars heading the Quantum Fund in recent years!
Malloch Brown enhances his meager government salary, however, with a government-subsidized home in London called "The Admiralty House," which is valued at about 7.76 million pounds sterling, according to the British government. Both the Spectator and the Times of London have written exposes of Malloch Brown for this sweetheart deal, where the rent is over $300,000 per year, and for which he "leapfrogged" over 20 higher-ranking cabinet members to get the perk. The price Malloch Brown demanded, to leave Soros's Quantum Fund was a fat portfolio covering the entire world, a peerage (he is now a British Lord), the right to attend Cabinet meetings, and the luxurious home.

The subsidized home deal is identical to the arrangement which Malloch Brown had for about five years when he headed the UN Development Program, and then became Deputy Secretary General of the UN, and lived in New York. There he was a tenant at the five acre estate owned by George Soros in Katonah, New York, which the UN paid for, at $120,000 a year, to Soros. It was about 20% below the market price, but when asked about this house by a reporter, Malloch Brown stormed out of the interview, exclaiming, "I am doing God's work!"

Malloch Brown and Soros have been co-conspirators in a global plot against the nation state since at least 1993, when Malloch Brown joined a group organized by Soros that travelled to Serbia and Bosnia, to advise him on how to best spend a $50 million grant to "rebuild" Bosnia, after the British orchestrated war had destroyed it. In the 1990s, Soros had also funded the street thug apparatus OTPOR, that boasts of toppling Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic in 2000. Soros's network later used the experienced Serbian mob-controllers to create the "democracy shocktroops" for the "Rose Revolution" in Georgia that put Saakashvili into power.

Throughout his time at the UN, Malloch Brown and Soros were a duo. They held a joint press conference in Monterrey, Mexico in 2002, to announce plans on how use UN funds, integrated with private funding from Soros and his ilk, to control the economies and policies of Third World countries. Soros was not there as a philanthropist—he was there as President and Chairman of the Soros Management Fund, a notorious hedge fund.
The Rose Revolution

There would be no Saakashvili regime today without George Soros and Malloch Brown. Even in 2001, Saakashvili was a Soros-financed operative. In January, 2004, at the annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Soros, Malloch Brown, and Mikhail Saakashvili gave a joint press conference where Saakashvili got $1.5 million—two-thirds from Soros's Open Society Institute and one-third from the UN Development Program. The funds were to be for a "Governance Reform Program" for Georgia, of which the main project was payoffs—a "Salary Supplement Fund," for which Malloch Brown arranged millions more.

Malloch Brown's UNDP bluntly describe how he and Soros would, in effect, not only give money, but would stack the Georgia government with the "skilled professionals" they would pick. The UNDP report says that,
Georgia "lacked the skilled professionals needed to design and execute sweeping reforms.... The state lacked the resources to pay salaries" that might lure the kind of globalist operatives that Soros and Malloch Brown wanted there.

So, continues the UNDP Report, "Working in close partnership with billionaire philanthropist George Soros, UNDP moved swiftly.... Speed was recognized as crucial to success. Even before Mr. Saakashvili was sworn into office, UNDP and Mr. Soros's Open Society Institute (OSI) had agreed upon the creation of a new initiative to help the new administration secure the staff and expertise it needed." The initiative—to pay a supplemental salary to Saakashvili and top government officials—went on for three years, and Saakashvili himself admitted its importance at a Washington, D.C. press conference in early 2004, when asked about his financial dependence on Soros.

Saakashvili said: "Now regarding George Soros's contribution, this is primarily UNDP Fund: United Nations Development Program Fund to fund capacity building for Georgian government, and George Soros will not be the only contributor. We said we expect, as we already have pledges from a number of other contributions. We only have at this moment, two million dollars contributed by UNDP and Soros, but we have some other pledges, we need at least eight million dollars already this year and we will need some more for the next year.... Soros played good role in bolstering democratic processes in Georgia. He was very instrumental for many NGOs in their development and I think there is nothing bad about that, wrong about that."

Malloch Brown's UNDP report even boasted that this funding had provoked "Russian President Vladimir Putin ... to chide Mr. Saakashvili that he was on Mr. Soros's payroll." By 2006, the salary supplements were over $1 million per month, says the UNDP report.

These are the funds that go to a large contingent of Soros agents who are the government of Georgia: head of the National Security Council, Alexander Lomaia; Gigi Bokeria, Deputy Foreign Minister (who had been one of the early trainees of the Serbian Otpor for street demonstrations); Chairman of Georgia Parliament's Committee for Eurointegration: David Darchiashvili, to name a few.

EU-BRITISH OLIGARCHS PRACTICE WAR VIA VASSAL GEORGIA

The ‘peace arena’ is getting to be fuzzier by the day as armed hostilities are escalating worldwide. The latest among these was that brief full-scale hostilities between Georgia and Russia, hostilities that were directly related to South Ossetia.

On the level of appearance, it was a conflict among neighbors Georgia and Russia. However, when one reflects on the added facet of Georgia’s application to the NATO as a member-state, the underpinning machinations of the Anglo-European oligarchs will be easily seen.

As already elucidated by this analyst, the global oligarchy had already formulated the blueprint for its wars of the future and the mutation of the EU and USA into totalitarian police states in the short run. Global ‘synergistic anarchy’ (synarchy), modeled after the ancient Empire of Rome, is a key strategy of the same oligarchic circles to foment conflicts across the globe, aimed as always to preposition the financier and industrial interests of their respective families and members.

It is very clear to this analyst that Georgia’s leaders have chosen to gravitate to the power orbit of the financier oligarchs, and desire to be counted among the NATO member-states. This same military umbrella will be the military arm of a forthcoming North Atlantic Empire comprising of the EU and USA, an empire that is now rapidly shaping before our own eyes.

The presence of NATO in Afghanistan and its proxy war versus Russia via the new vassal-state Georgia are among the exercises aimed at honing the military might of the alliance. The encirclement of Russia is being tested at this moment, as well as assessing the firepower capabilities of the revived Russian state whose very own leaders have turned hawkish during the last few years.

IN THE FACE OF GLOBAL COLLAPSE
British, EU Target Russia With Shooting War in the Caucasus

With the underpinnings of the present world financial system growing shakier by the day, the outbreak of warfare in the Caucasus shows how quickly the current world situation can be thrown out of joint. It also gives us a foretaste of how quickly it could expand into a new general war. Even if no one can precisely predict how much time we have left to address the underlying cause of the growing threat of war—namely, the systemic crisis of the world financial system—the military operations in the Caucasus nevertheless make clear that our brief window of opportunity could close quite suddenly.

"Caucasus War Catches Europe Flat-Footed," was Spiegel-Online's headline to its article on Aug. 8 about the escalation of the conflict between Georgia and South Ossetia—a conflict which has taken on the character of a typical proxy war between the United States and Russia. The article's author, Hans-Jürgen Schlamp, reports from Brussels on the alleged "helplessness" of the European Commission and of the French government, which currently holds the EU Presidency, all of which can do nothing except express their "deep concern."

Nothing could be further from the truth. Back in February, when the European Union—Great Britain, France, and other nations, supported Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence, it was already perfectly clear that this destabilization would not only affect the Balkan states, but was also giving the green light to every conceivable separatist movement and minority throughout the world. Just as in the Balkan wars leading up to World War I, and also in the 1991-95 Balkan War, this ethnically complicated region is serving as a chessboard for British geopolitical destabilizations, with the ultimate aim of drawing the great world powers into the conflict, and/or preventing any peaceful economic cooperation on the Eurasian continent. And it is certainly no accident that, since Dec. 12, 2007, the chief of the EU's planning team for Kosovo has been none other than the British diplomat Roy Reeve, a Russia expert, whose previous postings took him to Northern Ireland, Ukraine, Armenia, and Georgia—i.e., precisely those countries which have problems with nationalities and ethnic minorities.

Already on July 15, Ronald D. Asmus of the German Marshall Fund (GMF) wrote that a war between Georgia and Russia was in the offing, and that this could easily ruin relations between Russia and the West. And that was obviously the intention all along. Asmus also chaired a meeting of the GMF earlier this year in Brussels, where five former military general staff members presented an outrageous report proposing that NATO be transformed into a globally operating intervention force which, under certain circumstances, would be permitted to launch a first strike with nuclear weapons.

With its so-called "Rose Revolution," and its desire to join NATO, Georgia has turned out to be a willing instrument of the Anglo-American strategy for encirclement of Russia. But what induced Georgia to reoccupy South Ossetia at this particular moment, 16 years after the latter declared its independence? The war in the Caucasus is part of a global destabilization effort, coinciding with the arrest of former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, as well as with the destabilizations of Turkey, Pakistan, Sudan, and Zimbabwe, by means of terrorist attacks or sanctions—and we are only mentioning the most prominent of many other similar crisis spots.

Financial Crisis Fuels War Threat

As I already pointed out above, the overall context of these events is the escalating collapse of the global financial system, which has been pulling ever larger chunks of the real economy down into the abyss with it. The Federal Reserve is now committed to using its rediscount facility for making practically unlimited liquidity available to the two de facto insolvent mortgage giants Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae—which together, guarantee $5.3 trillion in U.S. mortgages! Not only does this have enormous hyperinflationary ramifications, but it only plugs one solitary hole in the leaking boat. In the United States, speculators are debating whether it's 3,000 or 5,000 banks which are bankrupt; eight banks have already officially shut their doors so far this year. Meanwhile, the U.S. economy—or what's left of it, after years of "outsourcing"—is sinking ever more deeply into depression: the auto sector, the airline industry, the construction sector. More and more states and municipalities are being forced to make draconian cutbacks, such as in California, where 22,000 state employees have been laid off, and another 200,000 are threatened with having pay reduced to the minimum wage.

Meanwhile, some analysts have joined Lyndon LaRouche in the view that the rate of collapse in Europe is going to be even faster. Spain's collapsing real estate sector is bringing a massive banking crisis in its wake, and similar scenarios are playing out in Great Britain, where the Royal Bank of Scotland has had to write off $12 billion in the aftermath of the government takeover of Northern Rock. The situation in Denmark is equally dismal. The official inflation rate in the EU is hovering above 4%, whereas the real rate of inflation for less well-off wage earners is far greater, because they have to spend the bulk of their income on food, energy, gasoline, housing, etc. And when none other than former Federal Reserve chairman Alan Greenspan, "Mr. Bubble" himself, starts talking about the crisis of the century—a crisis for which he is personally responsible—then it's clear that he wants to prepare the world for the great crash immediately ahead.

It wouldn't be the first time in history that the international financial oligarchy has attempted to keep a worldwide financial and economic crisis under control by fanning the flames of war. And anyone who prepares for war, must first create an enemy image, so that the population can be brought into line.

Vile Attacks on China

That is precisely the intention behind the repulsive China-baiting being emitted by the media and by politicians on the occasion of the Olympic Games. Regardless of whether it's coming from witting agents of the British Empire faction, or from mindless dumbos on the morning news shows: The irresponsible gossip that has been spread during the run-up to the Olympic Games, has been simply monstrous. Without any regard for the truth, and without a shred of knowledge of China's history and culture, the wildest assertions have been floated—assertions which could well succeed in poisoning relations with China, and in helping prepare for coming conflicts with China (and with Russia).

Not only were the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Beijing wonderfully beautiful and poetically conceived, but they were also a magnificently staged demonstration of the 5,000-year history of this great nation, one which, for a long time, was the world's leader, and which is now preparing to resume that role sometime in the future. Even though China certainly has its fair share of problems—for example, the poverty of the great majority of its rural population, and also a certain degree of Western materialism which has infected part of its population—what counts is the vector of development, and in China that vector is going upwards—in contrast to what's happening with the arrogant sophists of the West's empire faction.

The Chinese government has blocked Internet access to anti-Chinese propaganda emanating from international and British organizations in connection with Tibet and the Uighurs—and it has every right to do so. After all, do the British and American governments allow the Taliban's tracts or al-Qaeda's instructions to be circulated around the country? What do destabilization efforts by an enemy power, have to do with democracy and human rights?

The fact that in Europe, a politician who voted for the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty, or a representative of the media which, even after the Irish "No" in their referendum, did not run a single pertinent article on an EU treaty which would abolish parliamentary democracy in Europe once and for all, and would establish an oligarchical dictatorship, would now dare to decry a lack of democracy and human rights in China—that is truly the height of Goebbels propaganda! It would have made Goebbels pale with envy. Europe is dominated by a truly terrifying democracy deficit, resulting in an increasingly deep-seated and extremely dangerous cultural pessimism, as expressed in the famous retort, "There's nothing we can do about it, anyway." And so, those politicians and journalists who raise a fuss about democracy in China, ought to go out and listen to what the population thinks about the political class and the media—in Germany, for example.

If we are to make use of the fast-closing window of opportunity, which will hopefully remain open long enough for us to prevent the great catastrophe, then we will have to embark on a radically different path. One very promising impulse in that direction, is an article that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov wrote for the current issue of the journal Russia in Global Politics, under the title "Russia and the World in the 21st Century," which directly reflects the positions of President Dmitri Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

Lavrov affirms the obvious fact that the epoch of the past 400-500 years, during which European civilization has dominated the world, is now closing, and that a new vision is therefore required. He rejects not only the idea that the world will gradually adopt Western values, and the theory of "the end of history"—the idea of a global Anglo-American empire—but he also rejects the idea of a "post-American" world without the United States.
The Russian Foreign Minister emphasizes that he absolutely disagrees with the idea that current developments must end in chaos and anarchy. Rather, he believes that a new international political, financial, and economic architecture can be created, one in which Russia must play a major role as an equal partner.

The Anglo-Saxon (i.e., free-trade) model is tottering, Lavrov writes, just as it was in the 1920s, and therefore today, just as then, the model of Franklin Roosevelt's New Deal is called for. China, India, Russia, and Brazil must be integrated into this new reform of our international institutions. On this basis, plans can be made for a common future for the entire Euro-Atlantic region and for the world as a whole, a future in which security and prosperity become truly inseparable, he states.

Two Options

The Western nations today have essentially two options: Either they follow the British line, treating Russia, China, and India as antagonists—which means, for example, using Georgia for anti-Russian operations, fostering separatist tendencies inside China, setting financial locusts against India, and other such things. In which case, the great catastrophe is sure to come.

Or, they can heed the proposal which LaRouche has been making for some time, that a new international financial and economic order, in the tradition of Roosevelt and his New Deal, and Bretton Woods, be put onto the agenda. In such an arrangement, the United States, Russia, China, and India must collaborate as a core grouping, around which other sovereign nations can congregate. And that is essentially what Foreign Minister Lavrov says in his article.

For Europe's nations, this means that they must extricate themselves from the European Union straitjacket which, for Germany, since Maastricht at the latest, has become a new Versailles Treaty. Europe's nations can, and certainly should cooperate as a Europe of sovereign republics—which will be vastly more in keeping with the spirit of humanist Europe, than is possible today with an EU bureaucracy which is farther away from Europe's humanist tradition, than Earth is from a galaxy a couple million light-years distant.

Let us hope that the coincidence of what Greenspan himself has described as the financial system's crisis of the century, with the realization of how quickly war can break out, will be sufficient to shock responsible people back to reason.
