A Happy New Year to all spiritual seekers, freethinkers, aspirants, mystics & gurus!

The Planetary Ascension is just 50 weeks and couples of days away as of this writing. Terrans just celebrated the last Christmas (Dec. 24/25) for the 3^rd dimension/density history of the planet. Tonight will witness the last New Year’s Eve celebration, last because there just may be no such celebration by the end of 2012. Post-2012, a new calendar system would most likely be instituted, replacing the Gregorian calendar imposed by the Europeans on the planet.

As far as Terra is concerned, the readiness for the big leap forward is already at a 99% level. The 1% remaining works for the planet are those nitty gritty specifications that will ensure the Divine Plan’s execution for the planet to full throttle.

Consider the following phenomena: (a) the Christ Grid niched at the EMF (electromagnetic frequency) has been fully erected, thus enabling the quantum leap in consciousness that is now going on; (b) major and minor energy centers of the planet were already activated, aiding a quickening in energy balancing for all regions and the globe; and, (c) major and minor hyperspace portals were already opened, thus ensuring greater access to the planet from other regions of the Solar system and galaxy.

Many years earlier than those phenomena mentioned, the preparatory steps were already being done at higher levels of intelligences: (a) energy releases from the being-essence of the Planetary Logos, at the spiritual center in Shamballah, accelerating the energy balance all over the planet, circa 1930s onwards; (b) energy releases from the being-essence of Highest Divine Beings in the Central Spiritual Sun, reinforcing the burning down of negative energies and catalyzing the initiation processes of evolved souls towards Atmic (soul) awakening.

To further ensure greater maneuverability and manageability of planetary changes, the Almighty Father began intervention from the 1970s onwards. Timeline changes began taking shape, such as to witness certain land formations (e.g. California) still standing up squarely, even way after they were prophesied to sink below the sea waters. The intervention has been mitigating the catastrophic changes, so that the discontinuous high-level turbulence (prior to intervention), inclusive of radical land form changes, can be slowed down a bit and distributed widely across a thousand years perhaps.

In other words, those changes that can compress themselves into a 25-year squeeze ‘time crucible’ (from 12-21-2012 through 2037), can be distributed across wide latitudes of time and space. Catastrophic damages can therefore be minimized, while the surviving Terrans will be given sufficient lead time to prepare for the next scenarios of radical changes.

Which means that, right after the planetary space-mass expansion post-polar shift and leap to 4^th dimension space, the new cities and global polity can be erected pronto. Nations and old polities will melt away during the most rapid shifts to new realities, which will then permit a greater viability of a global polity led by Ascended Beings, a center where all the post-nation cities will gravitate to—magnificent cities that will mushroom in highly planned fashion across the globe.

Meantime, the target of the Divine Beings and spiritual masters of a 20% survival, with the service-for-others criterion serving as core yardstick for qualification to the new world, is optimistically achievable. Mass initiation is now taking place across the planet that is catalyzing the awareness-raising of the most prepared in the Path. From the personal unconscious, the effect will be felt more and more as the days pass in the months ahead, effects that will then be realized at the conscious level, which at the least will end the polarity within, break down the social antipathies and estrangements, and ensure global cooperation efforts among the survivors.

I need not belabor the point that the (a) Evolutionary Laggards and (b) Demoniacs (negative persons) will be swept off to oblivion as a denouement of the global change. Their transfer to worlds fit for their own awareness levels has been going on, as the mass transshipment of souls of the dead ones among them have already begun since 2008 yet.

The way to the New Age of Light is now even more traversable, and so the birthing-to-infancy of the New Terra is expected to be a highly successful surgical operation by the Divine life-givers of all sentient beings. Welcome to the New Age of Light!

Storms have repetitively struck emerging markets in Asia over the last two (2) months. Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Pakistan, Japan, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and other most dynamic economies of the region seem to be liberally wallowing in swamps of floods.

The signs are very ominous as they bring to the surface the ecohazards facing the said countries. The case of Thailand, where 300 people have died in the latest floods while over 2 million people were badly affected, represents such ecohazards for the economic dynamos during the period.

Thailand: UNDP beefs up capacity to respond to severe flooding

Bangkok – The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has expressed deep concern and offered support to the Government of Thailand as the country battles severe flooding that has killed more than 280 people and affected more than two million others since July this year.

More than 80 percent of the country’s 76 provinces have been affected by the floods. In excess of 900 industrial plants and farmland areas have suffered damage and millions of heads of livestock have been affected.

Nearly 30 provinces have been declared disaster areas and 12 are on high alert for threats of heavy rain and river overflow.

The UN has been in regular contact with authorities including the Thailand Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, and has been monitoring the flood situation and its humanitarian and development impacts.

According to the country’s irrigation authorities, 11 out of the 26 major dams in Thailand currently hold more water than their official capacity, while others are between 82 and 99 percent full, and need to release excess water, forcing more evacuations in downstream areas.

UNDP is increasing its own capacity to support the Thai people at this time, setting aside both financial and technical emergency resources, and will continue to work with the Government to support Thailand’s longer-term recovery and rehabilitation.

The 21st century has been marked by an escalating impact of disasters from natural hazards and a huge loss of life and destruction of livelihoods and communities. In 2010, nearly 400,000 people were killed by disasters worldwide and more than 200 million were affected. Economic damage was estimated at US$110 billion.

“Vulnerability to disasters is growing faster than resilience,” said UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon yesterday in his message to mark the International Day for Disaster Reduction. “Disaster risk reduction should be an everyday concern for everybody. Let us all invest today for a safer tomorrow.”

DISASTER RISK REDUCTION: NEW CLICHÉ?

Disaster risk reduction is among the latest phraseologies to emerge in relation to climate change and sustainable development. What can the new dictum ‘reduce disaster risk’ offer then in terms of social technologies or ‘best practices’?

I am residing in the Philippines which is accordingly one of the top 5 most hazardous places to live in due to high percentage of eco-hazards. What can ‘disaster risk reduction’ offer beyond mere dictum and policy framework?

Too many clichés are emerging today as terminologies of the current context. They are getting to be more confusing to the common folks, as they redound to what the late CWright Mills claimed as ‘fetishism of the concept’. And, should we add, too many showbiz guys to glamorize the advocacies for the new concepts such as ‘disaster risk reduction’.

Message by Dr. Joan Clos, UN Under-Secretary-General and UN-HABITAT Executive Director

"The world today is facing ever increasing threats from a wide array of natural hazards which are increasing costs in human lives and loss of public assets. According to UN-HABITAT it is estimated that by 2050 there could be as many as 200 million people displaced by environmental disasters worldwide, many of whom will be forced from their homes by rising sea levels and the increased frequency of flooding and also drought.

Unplanned urbanization exposes more and more people every day to risk from natural hazards. The impacts of climate disruption will be particularly severe in low-elevation coastal zones where many of the world's largest cities are located. And always it is the urban poor, especially slum dwellers, who are most at risk when disaster strikes. We need to stress adequate urban planning to diminish the risk.

The Hyogo Framework for Action provides a strategy for national governments to integrate risk reduction policy into national development planning. United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction's "Making Cities Resilient Campaign" translates this strategy into an approach for implementation in human settlements where the majority of disaster affected populations reside.

UN-HABITAT strongly supports the efforts of the Special Representative of the Secretary General in advancing the cause of resilient cities through both the campaign, and the Hyogo Framework for Action. Our programming continues to integrate risk reduction in all sustainable urban development initiatives including our post-disaster reconstruction portfolio.

On behalf of my agency, I encourage member states, local governments and civil society to increase their efforts for good urban planning and design to prevent climate disruption and to encourage disaster risk reduction.

"It is time to act before the cost in lives, and public and private capital accelerates. Cities are the greatest achievements of human civilization and it is our responsibility to protect them."

In case people think that Haiti has already recovered from the catastrophe it encountered just over a year ago, think again. There are still too many tent relief centers in the country, most of which are run by the IOM or International Organization for Migration.

Tent centers are deteriorating as update reports have revealed. Worst, girls normally get raped right inside their own tents. Sex trade might just rise across the coming weeks as a way to daily survival.

What happened to the global enthusiasm that was demonstrated in support of Haiti at the height of the catastrophe there? Is this a sign of the ‘bushfire reflex’ or ningas kugon, where peoples’ interest in helping out calamity victims soon wane, revealing a subtly superficial show of compassion?

The KOFAVIV safe house offers business training to survivors of rape and forced prostitution in Haiti.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti, October 6 (UNHCR) – Shirley* seems like a typical young woman – energetic, excited and hopeful. Her smile is contagious and her voice clear and strong. However, when she begins to share the horrors she has experienced, her voice drops and her gaze turns downward.

The 20-year-old lost her mother and aunt in the devastating 2010 earthquake in Haiti. With no place to go, she moved into one of the sprawling tent camps in the capital, Port-au-Prince. One night she came back to her tent to escape the rain. A man approached her and asked to go inside. She said he hit her and pushed her into the tent: "He threw me to the ground and raped me. After that I was haemorrhaging for a month."

Explaining further, she said, "The tents are not secure. Anyone with a razor or knife can cut the tent and come inside. There are no walls and no protection and before you know it someone is there in your tent."

Her ordeal is not unique. Twenty months after the catastrophic earthquake, conditions in Haiti continue to deteriorate. Today, there are nearly 1,000 makeshift camps across Haiti and approximately 600,000 internally displaced people.

The International Organization for Migration manages most of the camps, but fading international interest has affected the humanitarian community's ability to provide assistance. Women are particularly vulnerable in the camps, where there is little to no privacy, security or lighting. UN reports indicate sexual violence against women is occurring at alarming rates.

"Sixty-five per cent of the victims are minors," said Jocie Philistin, a director of a local non-governmental organization known as KOFAVIV (Commission of Women Victims for Victims). "Since the earthquake we have been seeing more children, minors and babies aged one to 17 months who have been raped." The NGO's findings reflect a recent Amnesty International study that showed 50 per cent of rape victims were young girls.

In addition to having to live in unsafe conditions, Shirley had no way to pay for her basic expenses. She said her only way to make money was to become involved in survival sex. "After the earthquake there was a system where you could get food but you had to sleep with the guys who were in charge of the food, even though it had been given out by the government. So a lot of young women were forced into prostitution to survive," she said.

As one of several organizations supporting the humanitarian efforts in Haiti, UNHCR interviewed women from 15 camps. They all reported that survival sex was a serious but invisible problem in their camps. With no gainful employment opportunities and widespread despair, Haitian women often feel there is no other option to access the food and water they and their children desperately need.

One woman living in a camp near the airport noted, "There was a girl who lived near me. She was raped. She had no parents and no one to defend her. That girl had no place to stay because she came from the provinces. She begged for money, but no one gave her what she needed. She had to turn to selling herself, and that was a form of sexual violence."

To help combat widespread sexual violence in the camps, KOFAVIV has trained dozens of community outreach workers to locate victims and provide them with much needed services.

UNHCR is working with KOFAVIV to run one of the few safe house projects in Haiti for survivors of rape and forced prostitution in Port-au-Prince. Over the course of three months, the women receive shelter, health training, psychological support and business training. After they start to earn their own money, they will be moved to longer-term housing and supported as they continue to get back on their feet. This month (September) UNHCR chief António Guterres visited the safe house project and encouraged the local staff to continue their efforts.

Shirley is one of 15 women chosen to take part the project. Her nightmare ended in June when she finally moved out of the camp into the safe house. For the first time in over a year and a half, she has a bedroom door with a lock.

"Now I have a safe and secure place and a new family," she said, smiling at the thought of returning to school and starting a small shoe business. Grateful for the help she's received, she is also working with KOFAVIV to provide support to other rape survivors.

WORLD BANK & UNCHR AID TO SALVE HUNGER IN THE HORN OF AFRICA

A graciously good news has been coming out lately from the enclaves of international organizations as their respective institutions have been stretching out their tentacles and logistics in aid of the famine victims in the Horn of Africa.

In my past notes, I already shared the information about the interventions done by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Food & Agricultural Organization (FAO) in the relief and rehabilitation efforts for the hungry 11 Millions of affected Africans. As of late, the World Bank and the UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) have entered the scene in aid of the miserable millions.

As of this writing, the World Bank and UNHCR jointly reported that their synergy will benefit approximately 550,000 famine victims. That represents 5% of the total of 11 Millions of pauperized hungry refugees, though it is already appreciable a move as other organizations, inclusive of international NGOs, are also on the move to aid others.

World Bank, UNHCR Join Efforts in an Emergency Response to Malnutrition and Disease in Horn of Africa Refugee Camps

Some 550,000 people, mostly women and children, expected to benefit

WASHINGTON, September 15, 2011 – Over half a million people, mostly women and children, will be able to access nutrition, health and sanitation services in refugee settlements along the Somali border in Kenya and Ethiopia as a result of a US$30 million grant which the World Bank announced today.

The grant is drawn from the $250 million earmarked for the Horn of Africa drought through the Crisis Response Window (CRW) recently established as part of the International Development Association (IDA)—the World Bank Group’s fund for the world’s 80 poorest countries—to respond in a timely manner to emerging crises in low-income countries.

The $30 million grant will be administered by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) under the Horn of Africa Emergency Health and Nutrition Project, which is one of several initiatives undertaken by the World Bank to respond to one of the worst droughts in the Horn of Africa sub-region in more than half a century.

The drought has caused deaths, widespread hunger, massive displacement, and loss of means to survive in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia, where the United Nations has declared a famine. Nearly 13.3 million people across the sub-region are in need of immediate humanitarian assistance.

Specifically, the grant will help reinforce ongoing UNHCR relief efforts with an emphasis on the most vulnerable, notably women and children. Targeted activities include measures to combat malnutrition (such as nutritious food and micronutrient supplements); basic health services, including pediatric and maternal care; and immunization. In addition, grant resources will be used to expand access to safe water and sanitation services, and to prevent and treat common illnesses such as diarrhea, measles, and malaria.

“When communicable diseases are addressed in densely populated environments such as refugee settlements, it is not only refugees who benefit, but also their host communities,” said António Guterres, UN High Commissioner for Refugees. “The funds granted today will allow us to expand coverage of essential health, nutrition, and sanitation services in the largest refugee camps in the Horn of Africa.”

Over the 18-month span of the project, it will help address the immediate needs of refugees in targeted camps, including those in the Dadaab complex in Kenya and the Dollo Ado area of Ethiopia, where there are nearly 600,000 Somali refugees.

Data collected at the camps shows alarming rates of severe acute malnutrition, especially among children under five years of age. Water shortages are also frequent. New refugees arriving at these sites are weak and prone to illness, and children are particularly at risk of dying of malnutrition and diarrheal diseases.

“The scale and severity of the Horn of Africa drought compels development agencies, governments, and NGOs to work in close collaboration in ways that maximize the comparative advantage of all partners,” said Obiageli Ezekwesili, World Bank Vice President for the Africa Region. “This approach ensures that we do not lose sight of the links between short-term crisis mitigation and the long term development outlook.”

The deadly nature of the drought has prompted the World Bank’s Board to allow unprecedented measures. This is the first grant through the Crisis Response Window issued directly to a UN agency. It is also the first time that the implementing entity’s procedures – not World Bank procedures - will be used through the life of this project, thus enabling an exceptional application of the 2008 Fiduciary Principles Accord signed between the Bank and the United Nations to this IDA operation.

CHRYSANTHEMUM: JAPAN’S HUMAN FACE POST-CATASTROPHE

Good evening from the suburbs west of Manila!

Japan has begun to go back to normal life weeks after the catastrophe of quake-tsunami-nuke crash triad slammed Honshu and broke the hearts of Amaterasu’s scions. Amid the colossal maelstrom and seemingly ceaseless damages wrought, we observed the calm and sobriety displayed by the Japanese, a behavior that was exemplary to say the least.

We outsider-sympathizers were indubitably impressed, more so as nary a rampant looting was exhibited at all as the catastrophe was building up and damages kept on accumulating. Let me say this myself: kudos to you Japanese people for your calm and indomitable courage amidst deep troubles!

Let me call the aspect of Japanese behavior exhibited amid maelstroms as the ‘chrysanthemum complex’. By ‘complex’ we refer to the sociological term for an agglomeration of traits that would constitute a coherent behavior pattern. ‘Chrysanthemum’ is an excellent signifier for that exemplary side of the Japanese culture template that was responsible for the calm, absence of massive looting, cooperation, synergy.

The question is: do Japanese exhibit such behavior at all times, across diverse historic epochs? Or, is it a behavioral complex that had evolved across time, reinforced by a post-war pacifism that sedated the future generations to never again engage in demonic holocausts that the Emperor’s militaristic followers unleashed on Asians and Pacific islanders?

A follow up question is: can the ‘chrysanthemum complex’ be exhibited if the catastrophic events would happen on a relentless, sustained basis for a certain period of time? This question arises, as the latest catastrophe was only a short-term one, though there are still aftershocks past the Reichter 6 magnitude till these days.

Let me sum up the guide question as follows: is the ‘chrysanthemum complex’ a conjunctural manifestation (valid only during a very short-term crisis) or a historical complex (sustainable even under extreme collective duress or force majeure)? Conjunctural stresses on the ‘synchronicity’ principle behind the phenomenon, while historical stresses the ‘causality’ principle across a time continuum.

This is my own note for our fellow global citizens: let us not be over-conclusive about the ‘chrysanthemum complex’. Let us go on and express platitudes to the highest heavens, thanking the Japanese profusely for the exemplary behavior exhibited amid the catastrophe. But we can and should never be totally inferential to the point that we would regard the short-term behavior complex as a permanent one.

There is another facet to Japanese cultural complex, and I will treat this in another digest article. Meantime, like the rest of the global citizens, let me bask in the regenerative energies radiated to the planet by the ‘chrysanthemum complex’.

Just about a week ago, my wiz-kid nephew Dean Patick Delago, an accounting student who’s among the topguns of his batch, alerted me to the dates of 9/11 (9-11-2001) and the Japan quake cum tsunami (3-10-2011), with the intriguing conclusion that when added yields the following sum:

TOTAL: 12-21-2012

That’s the Mayan Calendar date for the end of the present cycle of history! What an intriguing, provocative finding, a conclusion that surely jibes with my own thesis that both events were pre-meditated attacks by rouge forces connected with the global elites.

For those unfamiliar with the ruling class, the elites go by the names of Military-Industrial Complex, New World Order or NWO, and Committee of 300 or C300. The elites’ calumny and abominable plans of sustained anarchy through wars and destructive engagements was exposed by John Coleman, former British MI6 spy, in his book Conspirators’ Hierarchy: Committee of 300. Former US president Eisenhower and sociologist C. Wright Mills did their exposes of the Military-Industrial Complex decades earlier.

To go back to my earlier writings: First, the New York twin-tower attack was hatched by rouge forces within the USA, who sowed terror by using Manchurian Candidates or MCs (chipped human semi-robots). Second, the Japan quake cum tsunami was hatched by global elites on the Western hemisphere, and used a US navy unit to strike Honshu with the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM (a similar US navy unit was utilized for the secretive Philadelphia Project).

The total 12-21-2012 reveals that both events—9/11 and Japan Quake—were (a) well planned by echelon rouge forces as (b) most impact-full major events in coherence with (c) a very long-term plan to sow global terror and psychic state of surrender through destructive means such as terror attacks and WMD or weapons of mass destruction. That means the global elites are sending a message to the world population that they are calling the shots in the planet, that peace will be had should people recognize their organized New World Order and its rules, that they are in control.

Among interesting finds are: (a) the WTC terror attack represents the Western hemisphere, while the Honshu attack (near Tokyo) represents the Eastern hemisphere; (b) New York is in the Atlantic Ocean side, while Honshu/Sendai is situated on the Pacific Ocean side; and, (c) both USA and Japan are like twin pillars of the global economy.

That means that when the twin towers in NY were attacked, we should have anticipated that another pillar of the global economy will be attacked. China was struck with Tesla a few years back, Indonesia was also struck hard (300,000 deaths due to the tsunami), and New Zealand was very recently attacked. But no, such countries weren’t symbolized by the 2nd tower in NY, as it was reserved for Japan.

The lingering question I ask is whether the Japan quake-tsunami attack was carried out by an existing unit in the US Navy, by tapping through the HAARP project based in Alaska, or by a US Navy unit in the mid-40s yet that had to travel through hyperspace to reach 2011 and strike genocidal hit on Honshu with the Tesla WMD before retreating back to the 1940s (time travel in other words). For if the 2nd thesis holds, than the planning for both events involved a far greater sophistication and complexity that boggle the mind.

What the events do show is that there may no longer be major events of a terribly psyche-shattering traumatizing nature outside of both events. That is, events carried out whose shock effects are of a traumatizing level to peoples of the world and not just to the Americans or Japanese.

To reecho, the use of Tesla attacks did terrible damages in China, Indonesia, and New Zealand. But of all events, it was the plane crash bombing attack on New York and the Tesla WMD strike on Honshu what were intended to be of the greatest symbolic significance.

There will be similar attacks again by the same rouge forces, which leaves us in suspense about what the next attack could be. So let’s await the next one, which could be just around the corner.

JAPAN QUAKED ANEW BY TESLA WMD!

Good evening from the suburban highlands west of Manila!

The world community absorbed another wallop of shocker recently with the double whammy of quake cum tsunami that struck northeast Japan. So severe was the impact of the Reichter 9 quake and the tsunami that left thousands dead and thousands missing, while a nuke plant is being threatened by a meltdown. The usual naturalistic causal explanation was given out which is recycled hubris, given the existence of a quake-generating WMD today: the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM.

Japan’s double-whammy-complicated-by-threatening-nuke-fallout experience is no longer calamity in the typical description of the destruction. It was a CATASTROPHE, and let’s all brace for the impact of the next ones to come as there will be more coming. The Reichter 9 intensity quake was just too much to reckon with, and it came barely 16 years after another powerful quake flattened Kobe and led to thousands of dead too.

In an article I wrote much earlier, I already discussed the matter of the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM. This Weapon of Mass Destruction or WMD is far more powerful than nuke bombs that are mere boys’ scout toys compared to the former. It is compact and light, can be loaded on a large suitcase, and can be secreted through airports without being detected as WMD—because the broad public is simply ignorant about it.

Before Tesla’s death, he developed yet many a technological myriad based on experiments, couples of which were too advanced for his own time. Being so advanced, Tesla decided to keep the knowledge about them highly secret too, save for a few trusted persons and institutions (inclusive of the United States Defense community). One of such technologies was the quake-generating WMD, so threateningly powerful that it could have raised all of Tesla’s hairs during the dry run phase.

Incidentally, the principles behind those inventions were kept inside the Library of Congress. From there, it could have been inquired on by intelligence assets paid by the Soviet Union that surreptitiously developed the WMD prototype. With the demise of the USSR, many of its choice military technologies landed in the hands of the Russian mafia, the TEM being one of them.

Around the early 90s, certain rouge elements within Japan were able to acquire the TEM via Yakuza networks that got the prototype from Russian rouge elements & mafia. The same prototype was then secreted inside Australia and tested there, which explains quakes in places that didn’t traditionally experience the calamity…Then, in 1995, the Japanese rouge group Aum cult decidedly applied the tested technology on Kobe, hence flattening the city so severely.

Alarmed by the technology, the USA had to rapidly develop its equivalent of the WMD. This was conceived through a gargantuan project, the HAARP, which masquerades as a beneficial project for Americans. Housed in Alaska, the HAARP can generate powerful temblors, super-storms (Katrina was one of them), and thought-control commands on large populations (America’s urban habitués).

Remember that it was a secret unit of the US Navy that was used to hatch and hide the Philadelphia Project in the 1940s yet. A similar unit there is behind submarine hits to induce quakes using the nuke option first, and then finally the TEM-transducers of the HAARP. I have no doubt that the diabolical group behind this unit did the quaking of China, Indonesia (with tsunami effects), and New Zealand.

Such a diabolical group is the same cabal that is behind the neo-conservatives in the USA who envisioned a world in flames via the war plan they hatched and executed (Gulf War, Afghanistan War, Iraq War). The neo-cons were simply doing their tasks as dictated upon by the elite cabal, whose scary ‘pre-emptive strike’ doctrine could only but speak of the evil madness lurking in the shadows.

The hard question that is tough to crack is: why Japan? Wasn’t Kobe enough to fan hysteria on the islander populace? With Japan’s economy flat from ‘94 through 2004, and almost flat recently, it is all too certain that another recession will flatten Japan in the aftermath of the quaking madness. Isn’t the flattening a clear indication of the colossal level of hatred such a group has on the Japanese people?

I leave the questions to the readers for reflection and discussion. Let me now close this note, with the hope that global citizens’ empathy and prayers will work to hasten the healing for the victims of the catastrophe.

NEW ZEALAND QUAKE & TESLA EARTHQUAKE MACHINE

A quake of intensity Reichter 6+ struck New Zealand just recently. Scores of people were instantly killed by the catastrophe, with some couples of Filipino expatriate workers there missing or presumed dead. The quake was the 2nd in a row to strike the city of Christchurch, and that to me bodes ill of the times.

There seems to be a hyper-attenuation of tectonic attacks across the globe over the last two decades or so. If one were to graph them on a sheet of paper, you’d notice a pattern of geometric rise in the frequency and intensity of the quakes.

What makes the Zealand quake earth-shaking as a new fact is that it struck the same city for a 2nd time in a short time span. Thus, there’s no telling that a strong quake may strike the same city or region for a 3rd time, 4th time, and so on till infinity within short time spans till the region submerges beneath the waters.

Some opinion writers and analysts may conclude in rather haphazard fashion that the quake may have been a natural event all along. Haphazard indeed, as little do folks and experts know that a very deadly weapon of mass destruction—the Tesla Earthquake Machine or TEM—has been in operational use for two (2) decades now.

Just a few years back, a powerful quake hit China, resulting to massive deaths by the thousands. Towns vanished overnight, buried as they were by billions of tons of earth loosened by the quake. Chinese officials never spoke about the cause openly, but never take the Chinese experts as ignorant as rats, for they knew what struck China then.

It was the TEM that hit China, which was unleashed by a special military force from a Northern power. Remember that just days before the quake happened, the US Pentagon released information that China supposedly has been building submarine bases below the seas, which is a mere cover up for the real thing: US naval assets were testing submarine facilities on China.

Much earlier than the China quake, there was the Japan quake in the 90s. That big one flattened a major city there, and it was a classic TEM operation executed by Yakuza operators on the payroll of the Aum cult. The TEM could have been purchased from the Russian mafia via the global inter-syndicate crime networks. Needless to say, rouge elements in Japan possess the technology, passed on to them by rouge elements in Russia.

Alarmed about such a development, the Anglo-American oligarchy quickly directed its own defense establishments to accelerate the catching up process. The technology was to come under the disguise of a beneficial HAARP project that is based in Alaska. The frequencies from the HAARP can be used to control people’s minds, create super-storms (like Philippine’s typhoon Ondoy), induce super-quakes (Tesla effect like they did on China and Indonesia), and more.

Not only was China a favored guinea pig for the deadly weapon. Indonesia was already struck at least a couple of times using the same mad equipment, with 300,000 dead across couples of countries due to a tsunami coming as aftershock effect of a powerful quake on an island there.

Knowing such patterns of deadly attacks in the past can somehow provide as a tool to understand what happened to New Zealand. Australia’s quaking events in the near future, if ever, will suspiciously follow the same pattern as Indonesia’s and New Zealand’s, and better prepare yourselves for that eventuality.

The global elites—exemplified by Prince Charles—regard humans as viruses and/or ‘useless eaters’. Reducing the viruses via mad Malthusian means—from nuclear thermidore to TEM—is in the drawing board of the depopulation strategy of the evil elites, with end goal of taking down the present 7-billion population to a manageable two (2) billions by the year 2050.

POLAR SHIFT ON SCHEDULE

Too many volumes of materials were already written over the past decades about the coming polar shift. Perhaps this planetary-galactic event will be the most focal one needed by humanity to put a stop to all the madness and abominations of the Dark Adepts of the planet.

Among all materials published about the matter, I find that of my fellow mystic and Teacher Sal Rachele’s peregrinations as the most satisfactory. As I already mentioned in some other articles, the plausibility of the Rachele thesis and forecasts are very high as they fuse scientific and mystical insight together. As we await this cosmic drama’s unfolding, madness is burning the entire planet. A united Europe is about to unleash the tyrannies of a returned Augustus Ceasar, and a 2-headed 4th Reich is now fast evolving into reality before our eyes. World War III, as planned over a century back yet by Luciferan freemasons (see Albert Pike reports), will push through as planned and scheduled.

Ancient racial memories are waking up very rapidly. Likewise does ancient racial-ethnic hatreds awaken or is already in that state. The ancient conflict between Rome and Parthia (Persia) will be revived, even as New Rome (4th Reich) will use its surrogate Arab states to fulfill its desires to destroy Islam and Iran. Global economic collapse, accompanied by hyper-inflation and the collapse of the dollar, is also galvanizing each day as morbid reality.

Were it not for direct intervention from the Almighty Providence, the madness of the Dark Adepts may proceed ceaselessly for decades, global tyranny installed to last for centuries to come, nation-states destroyed, hundreds of millions of people dead due to wars and genocide. But divine intervention has been the policy for some time now, beginning in the mid-1970s yet, and madness shall cease past 2030.

Mother Nature herself is revolting, and Earth will mutate to 4th Density in just a little over four (4) years from now. Polar shift comes on the latter part of December (please see Mayan Calendar, galactic cycle, grand cycle) of 2012, even as the Earth’s frequency shall have moved up to a couple of octaves higher by then.

Rachele’s forecast of the 2007 recession and the global economic downspin thereafter, already took place. Let’s better keep track of forthcoming events, and prepare all the more for the polar shift. The shift will be an electromagnetic shift, not geological, so there will be little tectonic-geologic displacements if ever.

For those 0.1% who comprise roughly the ‘LightWorker population’ today, the mutation will be highest, from 5th through 6th densities up from 3rd density. Since 5th Density is hardly populated, with nary a structure for human settlements, the coming of the LightWorkers there will bring new life to that subdimension. Most probably new cities will be built, and higher density beings will be manifesting from Above to assist them in building new worlds.

20% or roughly 1.3 billion people (using present statistics) will be mutating to 4th Density. That is, they will go up along with Earth itself which will also move up to that level. Probably as large as 40% of this ‘group’ will comprise of Indigenous Peoples, who will also go up along with Mother Earth since they have long protected and conserved Mother Nature, thus deserving for them a good karmic reward of moving up the octave scale too.

Plants and animals that are most positively vibrating, or those that are not destructive and predatory, will also go up along with Mother Earth. With just 1.3 billion to support, there will be abundance for everyone, thus fulfilling the Gandhi economic axiom that ‘the world has enough for everybody’s needs’. A very sustainable balance of human population this one will be, synergistically interacting with a balanced and abundant flora & fauna.

Those more intelligent souls who will mutate to 4th Density will bring along with them enormous expertise and knowledge. Renewable energy will most likely be granite-rock culture here, and electricity-based power will cease to be as photon becomes the new modality for the same purpose.

Since 4th Density will be quite large in population, settlements may follow ‘laissez faire’ fashion. Which means, depending on community consensus, there will be free options for populations to choose whether to go city settlement, or rural food-producing settlement, or suburban high-tech settlement, or combinations of the above. There will be a diversity of settlements here, as I can easily foresee.

What will happen to the structures, the megacities, the industrial belts of the 3rd Density? What will happen to 3rd Density populations (80%)? Well, most 3rd Density souls will die en masse, unable to adjust to the too high frequencies of 4th Density, while others who may survive will continue to behave in polarity games and dreadfully sinful, sensate ways. 3rd Density subworlds will be in sorry states altogether.

It is most likely that the badly damaged cities and towns, with so many dead people scattered in their homes and buildings and streets, will become ghost towns & cities eventually. In the long run, there will cease to be 3rd density peoples and societies here, so those communities will be taken back by forests and become canopies for Earth. They will become promising archaeological sites most likely, and excellent sites for future tourism.

So who cares about the World War III and Empire madness of the Dark Adepts? Only the very dense, polarized 80% of our population now will be so scared of all the madness. 3rd Dimensional history is now drawing to a close, and way decades from now they will comprise the tales that the future parents and teachers will narrate to the higher density children.
